2021 2nd round pick is Rondale Moore WR

You may be right. I don't know. I did see a clip of an evaluation of the pick and they said he did have an injury last year. Since he played if he did have an injury it must not have been anything major. I think they mentioned a knee issue. Take it for what it's worth. Again I do like him...

This what we have to hope for.

2021 2nd round pick is Rondale Moore WR

Maybe, but what about 2019? Doesn't that count? For whatever reason that was two years in a row that he was often unavailable. I like him, but it's disingenuous to think that his injury history isn't a concern. That's my only issue with him.

2021 2nd round pick is Rondale Moore WR

I like him too. The injury history worries me though. I now live in B10 area and they were all scared of him. But they were often breathing a sigh of relief when he wasn't available on game day.

*Be Honest* Better Career: Kyler Murray or Trey Lance

We will see. I heard several evaluators say that the needed to work on his accuracy. To me that is a red flag for a quarterback.

Kyler Murray: We need to get the little things right

I agree. Even KD had his struggles his first year or so. I remember the coaching staff calling him out on understanding the difference between being hurt and being injured. Once he figured everything out he was great and I hope Simmons follows that same path.

Should it be CB Newsome or CB Farley at #16?

I've been hearing that is harder to move back due to the Covid factor. Many teams would like to trade out and receive compensation in next years draft because many college teams didn't play a full season or any season at all making it harder to get a good evaluation of players. In addition...

Under the radar RB prospect-Kene Nwangwa Iowa State

This may be short sighted. He did suffer an achilles injury which took over a season to recover from. In addition the two backs that were ahead of him were David Montgomery, the starting running back for the bears, and the all american Breece Hall. Might be a tad difficult to beat out either of...

Who's your most underappreciated player in Cardinal history

He was a good guy too. My son had a McKinnon jersey on when we were up in Flagstaff watching practice. After he came over and talked to us and signed my son's jersey. I had another connection to him because his brother was in my National Guard unit and we talked about that too. My vision of...

James Jones is a different kind of GM

I follow Iowa State closely and have heard that he told several teams he didn't want to play for them and that is the reason he fell. Don't know if that's accurate but that's what I've heard.

    Optimistic View Moving Forward

Zach Allen is just 22. I know many have given up on the three receivers drafted in 2019 but I haven't. Butler, Isabella, and Johnson are all 23.

    WR Wonderlic Scores

My daughter was on one of the Fiesta Bowl courts years ago. When they had the dinner with one of the teams she got to interact with some of the players. The team was at the time a football factory. She asked them what they majored in? They all laughed and told her they majored in football. They...

    Let's talk about Andrew Thomas

Again I agree. I liked some of the run blocking I saw from Wills Too. In one of the clips he double teams with a line partner and then slips off to get a hand on the linebacker. Again that takes a feel for how long to stay with the initial block but still have the ability to get to the...

    Let's talk about Andrew Thomas

I tend to agree. Watching the video it bothered me that he turned hard inside and followed when the player in front of him slanted. That made him late getting to the rusher that was swinging wide outside around the slanting lineman. I've watched lineman that are slow to react to those moves...

    What is Isabella's football IQ...

Didn't he start out as a running back too. He still might be learning the position along with a large step up in competition.

    No, Really?

Maybe they are clear to the team. Just because he's vague in an interview doesn't mean he hasn't set goals for the coaches and team. Hell I set goals for myself but I don't announce them to the world. There are reasons you might not want to set out specific goals or expectations in a public...

How many teams wanted to trade up for number 1 to draft Murray?

It's interesting. I happened to catch a little bit of a local sports radio show and they had former NFL quarterback Sage Rosenfels on. He does evaluations of quarterbacks and he said it didn't surprise him that Jones went high. He had him ranked higher than Haskins. He had already talked about...

SI article on Josh Rosen and him being traded

This is what I heard too. Kind of a unique situation where you have a player that has other options. Cardinals had to protect themselves.

What are some camp battles you’re looking forward to?

I get it. But to be fair the guy has started 54 games in the league. He seems like the kind of guy you are always trying to replace but just find it hard to kick him to the curb. Kind of like when we had Lyle Sendlein playing center.

    An E Ticket Ride

Harry, I watched some of the videos on Gaillard. He is physical and has a nasty streak but I worry about penaltys. A lot of the plays looked like they might have gotten a flag in the NFL. What do you think?

    2019 NFL draft - 15 thoughts

I think there's something to be said for letting the draft come to you. If you see several players you have ranked high falling it often pays to wait. Some of them might just fall into your lap. I'm not saying never move up but you have to give up something to do so. One of the things I like...

    UDFA signings

I follow Iowa State and I believe he might have played most of the season with a torn or partially torn pectoral muscle but played through it. It wasn't disclosed till after the season. Like someone said he's a tough guy. He will get beat once in a while because of his size but he is never out...
