    Mayock likes the fit and we'd have to agree. With Snyder coming after a good season at guard you've got to think that's where the Cards will play Snyder. Keith is out so Mayock is right when he says that Massie could get some playing time straight away at RT.

    That thread is about the changes to roster rules but tbh I wouldnt be surprised if the Cards have taken their chance of troubled players in the past. As with most things our perception's can overlook small factors that combined could change our opinion of the bigger picture.

    I think that issue is overstated. He may not be a burner but he is a shifty runner that makes very good cuts by using his vision of the field very well. If we took him I would imagine he would be the third choice back behind Williams and Wells and would be used in different packages to those guys.

    Definitely not just you. As Jetstream Green said these player introductions dont help but I've also noticed that the pick is in for awhile before Goeddell even comes out. There is probably a reason for that but It does slow the whole thing down.

    I am a Penn State alum and fan and I wouldnt pick him for us. Still is purely a 4-3 defensive tackle. He would only be able to play DE for us and I think that is too much of a transition for him. He could be an pro bowler at 4-3 DT though.

    One of my favorite non Cardinals players on the podium there in Walter Jones. That guy regularly put up a clinic on what it takes to be an NFL tackle.

    They only have two picks (both in the 2nd round) remaining in this whole draft and only have 5 picks for next year. I would be shocked if they dont trade down at least once in this round.
