When you have young bright coordinators, or any staff for that matter, you are making the big investment in time, etc and along comes say who you care to, and swoops them away to become "assistant head coach" or "head coach."...

    I dig what you are saying. If I could have jumped into my computer when I saw KK sitting in front of his 200 sq inch tv in front of a 900" window, wearing $600.00 slip on shoes, sans sox, during the draft, I said to myself....I don't think this is the way Vince L dealt with the draft!!!! :)

    FYI...FWIW.....I go back to the "Sam the Rifle" days as well. I neve felt as positive about a complete staff (albeit the Don Coryell staff's were awfully good ) than I am now...it appears, I say appears, that both coordinators have serious potential down the road to move to top positions...

    Yeah, particularly when you have a coach who barely made it out of a special ed football program....never like the guy never will and when you do some checking, Kyler was surely not a fan...maybe Caleb's dad needs to have a chat with Kyler to see what a few years under KK's wing will yield

    Assuming he is that good and is ticketed to be a franchise level pro...then he will end up being drafted by some team that is nose deep in the swill of the league and NOT a great organization. At least the Cardinals pretty much hit control/alt/delete and are trying to get out of the deep yoghurt.
