Game 5 was not the turning point

If I remember correctly the Final between Spurs and Pistons was the lowest ever? How is that good for NBA ratings? If by "clean" you mean not hurting other players on purpose, then why is that bad for NBA? I've watched many games last season and I don't think I've seen that much hacking...

    Suns @ Spurs - Game Thread - Friday May 18, 2007 - 6:30pm

Or Suns would easily win game 5 with Amare and Diaw? I am not shocked that Suns lose at Spurs' home court but the real problem is we need to win at our home court. You can't say not having Amare and Diaw is the same. It is also very different to play under 2-3 pressure and 2-2 pressure...

Game 5 was not the turning point

But Suns don't want to be like Spurs = a dirty team. You don't get it, do ya? The solution is easy. Most of NBA teams are not like Spurs trying to hack other players. So why force other teams into dirty teams when they can easily just get rid of Bowen's style?

    Congrats Stern

NBA has lost me since long time ago. My total NBA watching is 2 games this season. That's it.

Game 5 was not the turning point

Haven't posted a while. The REAL turning point is Game 5 because we gained the confidence we need to bring the game back to PHX. If we win game 5, and lose game 6, we still have game 7 at home.

Marion for MVP campaign: It's time

You got me!!! Then yes, KG probably can't lead his team to playoff success. He needs to be 2nd option like Pippen.

    Insider article?

It was on the front page on ESPN NBA page last night when I checked out the highlights. I just went to ESPN and it's now on the right top hand corner.

    title chances this year

INJURY is the key. If we are somewhat healthy, we should a good chance.

Marion for MVP campaign: It's time

I agree. Even Wolf's ex-coach said something like KG is not in the league of a few players that can force you to change the game: Nash, Dirk, Lebron and a few more. He said something like KG isn't a dominating player. When the game is on the line, he looks to "help" the team rather than...

    Steve Nash

There is a great article on Nash on ESPN NBA page. Not sure if it has been posted but it's good read. I like Nash's style of basektball, period.

Who is the best pg ever to wear a Suns uni?

Kidd is a better passer in a slower pace offense? Dude, have you been watching at all? If anything, Nash's slower pace and half court offense are better than Kidd 'cause the defenders can't cheat on Nash by sliding back and Nash is one of the best pick&roll players in this league. These...

I only enjoy it when we beat them.

Nash - Suns Suns surprised by ball change

I agree with Nash. Professional players can be super sensitive to the ball and Nash's been shooting very well recently and I don't think he likes the idea of changing the ball in Jan. Bad move.

    ESPN Power Rankings: Suns #1

I feel VERY comfortable about this year's lineup. Suns have not been on TNT or ESPN much so I didn't get to watch the newly "improved" Suns after such horrible start. I saw Amare's highlights and he looked pretty good. Not sure about his defense or shooting. Diaw's #s look a whole lot...

    Clippers not in same league

You know, Clippers played quite well at very early of the season and you would think Clippers is going to be better since they showed some light late last season. Weird. What is going on on that team? Chemistry problem? Brand is playing hurt?

    Greg Anthony

We do need to get to Final first and hopefully this IS the year. I have not watched any single Laker game this season and I have no idea how they won so many games. I do know that their schedule is kinda light and T-MAC did not play tonight. I am still waiting Laker to calm down a bit.

    ESPN Power Rankings: Suns #1

Well, I mentioned Laker only because Laker is in our division. If we are not even #1 in our division, we are not that good yet. We will though! Glad we beat Magic last night. Can't believe they are #1 on the East. @_@ Jazz actually looks like the hottest in the West to me but Suns have been...

Who is the best pg ever to wear a Suns uni?

I am new here so my vote is going to be biased. All I know is Suns used to be pretty sucky after Barkley went to Rocket and Kidd/Penny couldn't really push Suns to WCF (against Lakers/Spurs?) and after Nash joined, Suns has become an elite team and has got tons of fame from it. I know Kidd...

    Boris is suns best leaper

Jumping high and knowing how to dunk over people are two different things. Boris may jump high but he doesn't have the power and the determination to dunk over people. Watch Amare. He WANTS to dunk that ball whenever he can, whereas Boris looks to pass first and then try to beat the...
