    Celtics - NBA Champions

Whose whining? We got trounced by the better team tonight. I tip my hat to them. The Suns are a rival team but had you been in the finals i would have rooted for you as opposed to a east team. But that is just me. Whatever floats your boat. Jealousy really is an ugly trait though.

No prob. Take care guys! I'll pop in from time to time to give you heck! Was a good year. Looking forward to the battles with the suns next year as well!

Certainly not from me. You have never heard me complain about the refs.

    Celtics - NBA Champions

Yeah, no doubt. And we never landed on the moon. You have the magic bullet, Flying saucers are housed in the desert. etc etc etc Same ole broken record... No doubt they made the rim larger for Horrys shot during a timeout as well. So so sad. I suggest you simply don't watch the NBA...

    Celtics - NBA Champions

Well that is sad for you IMO. One thing you wont see from the Laker nation is everyone blaming the league, the refs, the weather, the planes, etc for the loss. We made it to the 6th game in the FINALS in a year we were not even predicted to make the playoffs. We will take it on the chin and come...

    Celtics - NBA Champions

As i have said many times, it is pure jealousy. I cannot stand the Mavs or the Kings. But if they made it to the finals i would root for them over any east team as i would want the west to win. It's ok though that you live vicariously through any team to play us. It's understandable seeing all...

    Celtics - NBA Champions

No kidding! You would actually think their team won something. The hatred for the Lakers is so strong they have to live vicariously through an east coast team to have any clue what its like to be winner. We will be back next year. Have no doubts.

Lakers vs Celtics -2008 NBA Finals

Odoms problem is he just isnt very bright. I have to point out though, that where i come from in the basketball world, it's very classless to keep shooting 3's when up by 40 and mins left in the game. Hopefully some of the younger lakers take this with them and put in the work in the off season.

Lakers vs Celtics -2008 NBA Finals

He will have a all summer and camp to be ready. He also had a injury in HS so he knows the drill. Bynum is not a worry. Moving Odom,Radman, and Walton and getting some defensive minded players will be the concern and priority. Players with some heart!

Lakers vs Celtics -2008 NBA Finals

What are you talking about? Bynum will be 100% by camp. He had arthroscopic surgery to clean up some burs that went perfect and has been given a clean bill. You are just way off base with those comments.

Lakers vs Celtics -2008 NBA Finals

Bynum will make a big difference. There will be some changes. Odom will be delt. Possibly Walton and/or Radman. Even after a very disappointing loss like this, meaning that they played with no heart, win or lose, it was a good season for us and we should be strong for years to come. Celts...

Lakers vs Celtics -2008 NBA Finals

Not at all. Lakers are playing with no heart, Boston is. Celts totally deserve it. Pathetic effort from the Lakers from top to bottom. Now maybe some of you guys realize why i said the gasol trade was not as lopsided as everyone made out. He is simply a decent PF and a real softie. DEFINETLY...

Shaq wants to help Orlando residents save their houses

Just because someone convinces you that you can buy the brooklyn bridge, you don't have to be foolish enough to write the check. So now all us hard working people who lived within our means get to bail out the fools. Pathetic!

Screw Game 5 of the Finals...

Not quite sure of your point here. So if your 60 and playing a pickup game of basketball, you are not playing a sport?

Screw Game 5 of the Finals...

Hmmmmmm. Cecil Fielder, David Wells, John Kruk, C.C. Sabathia, Tony Gwynn, Fernando Valenzuela, David Ortiz. etc... That's just a few that come to mind in baseball. Every interior lineman in the NFL is fat, save a few.

When will people critically analyze Kobe Bryant's playoff performances?

Parity meaning there are a larger number of teams that could contend for the title. ie. 8 50 win teams in the west this year. When you commented on Kobe laying an egg in the finals it seemed to me as you had formed your opinion without regard to what is left. When you qualified it on this post...

When will people critically analyze Kobe Bryant's playoff performances?

Agreed, they both had pretty weak casts. I also believe there is more parity in the league now as opposed to the 90's. Silly me. I didn't realize the series was over. I thought you had to win 4 to end it so I'll reserve judgement on this years series until it is actually over.

When will people critically analyze Kobe Bryant's playoff performances?

Seems a tad excessive to me as i remember it took a tim thomas last second 3 for the heavily favored (7 seed against 2) suns to gain a game 7 at home with home court advantage. This with a Kwame and Smush in the starting lineup. I would take Carwright on his worst day over Kwame anytime. Harper...

When will people critically analyze Kobe Bryant's playoff performances?

The difference being that Kobe in his first few years came off the bench and during the Shaq years was the 2nd option. Jordan obtained those lofty numbers because he was the 1st option, and if you remember, was vilified in the press, by teamates, and by fans as being a self absorbed, selfish...

Now I REALLY hope Ray-ray gets Finals MVP...

Old old news beaten to death by the media for years. Both players have moved on and say so when asked. Maybe it's time everyone else does as well? ...and should they win there is no way they give MVP to Allen over Pierce.

When will people critically analyze Kobe Bryant's playoff performances?

No doubt, but it's not like they wouldnt also be able to obtain other talent. Only time will tell.

When will people critically analyze Kobe Bryant's playoff performances?

That would be a classic... I think the x factor would be Kareem. The bulls would have had no answer for him. IMO My fave player on that team was worthy. Loved his game.

When will people critically analyze Kobe Bryant's playoff performances?

Agreed... would have been evenly spread out amoungst the 3. As for my comments on Kobes' being able to play 4-6 more years... i didn't mean at this level. I can certainly see him giving 3 to 4 more at this level but still contributing 2 or so years past that in a diminished role as long as the...
