Considering we didnt have a #1 or #2 QB this season- going into next season with QB John Skelton guarentees the Cardinals will have upgraded the most important position on the team going into the 2011 season! As crazy and "pathetic" as the NFC West has been this season it would be only fitting the Seahawks and Rams play to a 3-3 tie in the season finale sending our Cardinals into the playoffs and into the national media frenzy (basically "open season") that would follow a 7-9 division champion. Actually (more like amazingly) there is a playoff scenario in which the Cardinals win out to finish 7-9 and if the Rams-Seahawks tie in the final game of the season they both would finish 6-9-1. The crazy thing is I can see the Seahawks and Rams both losing their next 3 games and the Cardinals winning their next 3 making all three teams 6-9 entering the final week of the season.
