    Schefter on Sportscenter this morning

In other news, Schefter is reporting the Cards are on the verge of signing Marc Bulger because Whisenhunt has no faith in Leinart.

No mention of sports.ktar.com. I'm not sure how to take it. But, as far as that goes, that Adam Green on the site = A+. :)

ESPN Insider Article - Suns 3rd Worst Franchise for the Future?

Makes sense. I just hate that the Suns added a bunch of guys who all do about the same thing, kind of signing themselves into a corner where they'll have to move some of them in order to actually put a complete, balanced roster on the court.

In the meantime, ASU hasn't won a game since October 17, 2009.

ESPN Insider Article - Suns 3rd Worst Franchise for the Future?

First statement, nothing I've heard even comes close to that. In fact, from what I've gathered it is exactly the other way around. Second part, Big Jake maybe, but if you are trying to say the Suns planned on building around Danny Schayes you have got to be kidding me. By the time he got to...

ESPN Insider Article - Suns 3rd Worst Franchise for the Future?

I don't think it's as easy as you think. A bad contract, even at 6 million a year (like with Frye and Childress) or Hedo's ridiculous total is not easy to move - to get rid if it the Suns will have to give up picks or other assets. First part, see above statement. As for the West getting...

ESPN Insider Article - Suns 3rd Worst Franchise for the Future?

So you're content with the team using all its cap space on long term deals, thereby eliminating any flexibility to add the players that can either help beat the Lakers or at least wait them out? The Suns, right now, are so seriously flawed as a roster it's not even funny. Last year's team...

ESPN Insider Article - Suns 3rd Worst Franchise for the Future?

Suns have a roster that won't contend for a title this year and has no flexibility to make the necessary moves to contend in the near future. I'd say things are fairly bleak.

    My Xbox, 3 rings

I don't remember how many rings I had that turned red once, but I removed the hard drive and then plugged it back in and it's worked fine since.

Earl Clark - keep or throw back?

In Summer League he's the main guy with pretty much garbage around him - not a great situation for a distributor. Put him on the floor with Nash, JRich and other top players and see how he fits. I think you'll be surprised.

    Haren traded to Angels

For everyone complaining that the Dbacks moved their ace, Haren was anything but this year. He may have been their best pitcher, but that doesn't mean he was good. Fact is this year he was mediocre, at best.

    If PHX didn't have Nash..?

If Phoenix didn't have Nash they'd have a completely different system. Who knows if they'd be as good, but they wouldn't be the fast break, up tempo, shooting team you see now. It's the same as asking if the Spurs didn't have Duncan, Lakers Kobe and Magic Howard. Teams would always be...

    Any gardeners?

Went with a raised bed. Boxed in with pine wood (stained the outside, not the part that touches the soil). Anyway, figuring out what to plant. Most places say this is not a good time to be planting in Arizona but I really want to get something growing!

Stoudemire Sign and Trade Agreed Upon

If they were to use it to add a guy like Al Jefferson, who is a young and rising star, I'd be ecstatic. Problem is Jefferson is a poor fit with Nash, but probably a great fit for the post-Nash era.

Suns show interest in Hakim Warrick

Yeah, the only difference is those teams won titles before their long rebuilding processes. I'd imagine that makes it a bit more palatable.

    Knicks Fans are Funny

Others have mentioned some of the issues, but Nash is 5 years older. Don't expect the same guy. Diaw was an excellent fit for that roster, too, as he was a skilled big man. There is nobody like that on the roster now. Furthermore, people need to stop bringing that team up in support of how...

    Knicks Fans are Funny

I think Suns fans really underestimate Amare's offensive skills. His game helped Nash just as much as Nash helped Amare - you'll see it when nobody leaves Nash open to shoot that jumper off the pick and roll because there is no reason to sag towards the hoop.

    After THE Pick and Roll

The Suns, as they stand now, will be lucky to shoot 15 free throws a game. If you hated the way this team was officiated before, wow, you may want to look away from the upcoming season.
