Oregon vs. Arizona: Whom should ASU fans root for?

Unfortunately I have to disagree with you here. Without some serious help, ASUs chances of finishing #2 in the BCS are very slim. The Big 12 winner is most likely in, unless the winner of Kansas-Missouri manages to lose the nest week and take out OU in the Big 12 title game. They would also...

Oregon vs. Arizona: Whom should ASU fans root for?

Cheesebeef, while I would love for ASU to get to the title game, it just really isn't plausible. If Oregon happens to lose, and LSU manages to choke off the SEC title game, ASU would then jump around both of them, as well as whichever team loses between Kansas and Missouri. This is where the...

AZ involved in possible three way deal with Angels and Marlins (M. Cabrera news)

By the way, you really took the time to shorten Marlins to the 'Lins? WOW

    trade to get Duncan

This quote could not have been used for any better of a situation.

    trade to get Duncan

That lineup would be about equal to a team fighting for a #8 seed in the East. Absolutely terrible lineup, and an even worse idea brought up by you. I, along with so many others, are now annoyed I wated any time with this thread.

    Spurs board

I believe cussing is encouraged over there actually. I came across some 17 year old kid last weekend who literally never went a single sentence without a cuss word, and many had 2, and this was at least a 10 paragraph sentence. The best part was he was praised by many after his post with all...

    Spurs board

Most of the posters over on Spurstalk are just a bunch of children who believe every single player on the Spurs is the best in the league and that team is the absolute end all be all. They even began comparing some of their championship teams and this years team to the most dominant team in...

    The Official Trade Idea Thread

You mean we can't trade Marion and Banks straight up for Dirk and Howard?

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

very good post! The Warriors sure as hell weren't as talented as the Mavs, or stood a great chance with the size difference, but hit a nunch of big shots and 3's and put my much hated hometown team away.

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

You say I have nothing to contribute when I'm saying a team should, and will never give up before the game ever happens. The Suns have shown they can win without Amare before, and they can do it again.

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

Chris, that's fair, and I'll stop, but fans do not need to be reading this give up junk. The Suns are damaged for this next game, no doubt, but they will never give up, and need all the fan support they can get. His negative attitude isn't enhancing anything.

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

Very high intelligence level you are showing. This coming from a guy recommending a team gives up. Good thing no "real" fans agree with you.

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

elindholm, you clearly would be worthless as a coach of any organized sports team, so in that sense, thank God you have nothing to do with the team itself. In absolutely no way is the game a hopeless one. The team is not 1 player, or even 2. The Suns went a long way last year without Amare...

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

I couldn't be any further from a Spurs fan. Fans like Elindholm make me quite sick to read some of the negative junk that they post. I don't care if he is really a Suns fan, but he sure isn't acting like a very good one saying this junk about forfeiting.

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

You very well may be the biggest bandwagon fan here. So just go away now since the Suns are going to lose as you say.

PREDICTION: We still win game 5.

I'm quite ashamed to be fellow fans with some of these people. Whining like this makes many of them no better than the Spurs themselves or their fans.

The Suns should forfeit Game 5

For this post, you should probably go all Wee-Man and kick yourself in the face. Quit whining and back your team or go away.

PREDICTION: We still win game 5.

I'm not going to get into an argument with you, but have some damn faith in this team. They went that far last year without Amare the entire time, and Diaw can be made up for. Sure, their chances just got smaller, but THEY ARE AT HOME, now pissed off and motivated, and still have a good...

    The merged "Suspension" thread

They were BOTH standing as Nash ran by, so to say Amare was sitting and jumped up just as a result of that is wrong. He was going to enter the game after the foul, but whether or not the league looks at what happened was what he was doing at that time is up to them. But both were definitely on...

    Suns @ Spurs - Game Thread - Monday, May 14, 2007 - 6:30pm - TNT

Dude, get real. The Spurs are the biggest damn whiners in all of sports and get away with more bogus calls than anyone could even imagine. They couldn't even make a damn movie believeable to the viewing public and have it include all the no calls and bogus calls against the other teams. The...

    Sorry

The biggest issue I have with this team is D'Antoni himself. I think he sets the team up well to run the ball, and score, and find open looks, but I think he is terrible at setting up plays strictly for the halfcourt as he sets the team up to try and score much to quickly, and usually they end...
  23. S

    Sorry

Agreed. Let the players who will get theirs either way, but do not allow to open guys because they are double teaming star players.
  24. S

    Sorry

They all got hot because the team clearly spent more energy in trying to slow down Duncan and opened up outside and corner shots for wide open looks. He was right in saying just single team Duncan, he will find a way to score off the glass either way, but stop leaving others open for easy looks.
  25. S

    Sorry

No, he blames the construction of the team, and in this game, I blame some bad perfomances by the Suns, combined with some terrible calls that changed the dynamic of the game. Blaming the construction of the team for the 2 losses in the series so far is just ludicrus.
