Magic win! Was a good game, not really that memorable except Howard having a 24 and 24! Philly seemed to mail it in. I think orlando will close in game 6.

Lots of uproar with Howard and his early elbow on Dalembert. Looked pretty bad to me, not sure why he wasn't tossed. Lots of chatter about it on Truehoop.

He can do whatever he wants after making a last second 3 to save the series.
As for Rashard - yeah that was a laughably bad signing. Guy basically stands around and jacks up 3s, does nothing else particularly well, and they give him a max deal. Brilliant.
He can do what he wants, doesn't mean it is not dopey.

He should be suspended one game.

Skip bayless on the "elbow incident" this morning on espn first take: "But Howard's elbow didn't really hit Dalembert."

It's a moot argument now: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/2009/news/story?id=4112203

Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard has been suspended for one game without pay for Tuesday's first-quarter elbow to the head of Philadelphia 76ers center Samuel Dalembert.

The NBA announced the suspension Wednesday afternoon.
The league announcement stated that Howard will serve his suspension Thursday night in Game 6 at Philadelphia. The Magic lead the series three games to two after their 91-78 win.

Video replays clearly showed Howard swiping at Dalembert's head.

too bad so sad for dwight. I like him a lot, but he shouldn't have done that. Now this series looks like it will go 7 unless orlando can rally together without him. but a 20/20 guy is irreplaceable.

Its funny how u kinda miss more stuff going to the live game. I never noticed Howard's elbow on Lee or Dalembert. Didn't even realize Lee was injured until the 2nd half when we started wondering why Reddick was getting so many minutes. The Magic fans were really pissed at the refs all game (chants of 'ref you suck' were rampant), guess they shoulda been grateful they didn't toss Dwight.
