Unarguably the best player in the NBA.

Same situation last night, except Fisher got the ball instead of Kobe. That was just bad defense by the Magic. I am convinced that Stern was behind that incredibly predictable finish.

YYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turk buries them with 1 second left. I cant wait to see the dejected look on LeChoke's face after the game.

another thing to annoint Lebron the greatest athlete ever by the media?

I think so.

Do that in the FINALS and then get back to me.

Amazing shot...but it wouldn't have came down to that if the refs hadn't made sure to make a few ridiculous calls to help the cavs in the last couple minutes. Think the cavs have their hands full with the Magic like the Lakers do with the Nugz, these teams are much more evenly matched than predicted by many.

Stern made Lebron hit that baby....the fix is in!

That was pretty effin' special.

Phil...take notes. Run plays to get Kobe looks, not Fisher, when the game is on the line.

I still think the Magic take this series (and if the Lakers beat Denver, they will take the Lakers too).

I guess we can all agree that Stan Van Gundy is the worst coach in the NBA. What was that defense on the last play?

No. The worst coaches in the NBA don't get their teams to the conference finals.

SVG is a pretty good coach...not the best, and he'll get outcoached, but he ain't the worst.

Right now, he's making more good decisions than Phil Jackson is.

I agree. It was a good defensive play, but Mo and Lebron timed that inbounds just right. Lebron separated from Turkoglu at the precise moment, got the ball and still had to hit a fade-a-way three to ice the game. Only a handful of players in the league can do that. It was a spectacular play.

Come on, the Magic reached the eastern conf finals despite Van Gundy, not because of him. They lost twice against the worst team of the playoffs and they needed 7 games to beat a tired and depleted Celtics squad, routinely blowing double figures leads "because they are the champs". May I remember you he started JJ Redick for the whole series?

That defensive play was stupid because it has a sole purpose: avoid an inbound lob to the basket. I'm assuming that's why Van Gundy put Turkoglu (slower but bigger) on James instead of Pietrus.

Well, when you hold on a 2pts lead with 1sec to go, you're a doofus in my book if you gamble on D to avoid a 2 pts play and end up giving up a 3 and the game. 4th buzzer beating loss against the Magic during these playoffs, by the way.

And Donald, at least Phil Jackson understands that you need to put a big IN FRONT OF the point guard that inbounds the ball, not 10 feet away ;)

Nice choke job Lebron, missed both free throws (the 2nd time he did that in the 4th quarter) and then turned the ball over in about the last 2 minutes of the game.
