If that isnt BCS material I dont know what is. Albeit a down year in the Pac, thats still bery impressive and I really feel Boise can play with anyone in the country.

Holding Oregon to 8 points an no first downs until the 3rd quarter is solid. We should get a bcs game if Texas wins on Saturday. Probably vs Iowa in the fiesta

How was it a down year for the Pac-10? On the contrary, IMO it was a great year for the conference. Five teams to date have achieved eight wins, and another still could. Six different teams have been in the AP Top 20 as late as November. Five teams were still alive for the Rose Bowl berth into mid November and seven of the ten teams are bowl eligible.

I would say that the Pac-10 was the best overall conference in the country this year.
