My choices(http://506sports.com/nfl.php?yr=2015&wk=4):

1:00pm(FOX)-Philly/Washington(if it's even played as Hurricane Joaquin might be battering the DC area by Sunday)

4:00pm(FOX)-GB/SF

(CBS)-CLE/SD

And look at the map at the link and someone please explain to me why a small piece of NE Arkansas is getting the Panthers/Bucs while the rest of the state gets the Giants/Buffalo(which, for some reason is the national game).

There is only one game per weekend worth watching. Everything else is noise.

Heard that the Cardinals just aren't 'sexy'. They must be crazy. Every player on this team is a star and is someone you'd want to take home to mother.

The late Fox game has three top teams to choose from: Arizona, Green Bay & Denver. The Arizona game is the least broadcast of the 3. The Cardinals/Rams game won't be shown in the areas surrounding Arizona (Cali, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah) & even in parts of Arizona (NE corner of the state).

I'm a little surprised they aren't showing the Rams games in LA... I guess they're worried that people might not buy season tickets once the Rams get moved there once they see them get destroyed by the Cardinals?

Affiliates can frequently choose between a couple of games and sometimes will go against the area around it if there is a compelling interest to choose a different game. Typically it could be because a player is from that area or went to college around there. I believe the area near Pittsburgh State last year chose to air a Cardinals game because of John Brown. That being said, I have no idea who or what is from that area of Arkansas. Don't even know what city in that area is going to have a Fox affiliate.

DirecTV is not a financial option. I'll just have to watch the game on my computer again.

I think it is a little odd that there are only 2 games on each Sunday that are on the network channels between 10am and 4:30pm and the rest are only available through satellite carrier. I may be "misremembering" but I feel like there use to be at least 3 if not four games on between 10am and 4:30pm each Sunday.

edit - This Sunday, in AZ there will be three games on between those times. Please disregard the aove

We're getting Thom, Charles, and the Goose for 3 weeks in a row.

So much better than the days when we got Dick Stockton week after week. Not that that is saying much...

Three is the most a market will ever have on a given day during that window. Each week either Fox or CBS had a double header and the other has a single game. For home market games, there will be only two games shown if the network that has the single game that week is broadcasting the home market game. That is because the NFL won't let the other network air a game at the same time the home team is playing.
For example, Atlanta is only getting two games this weekend. Fox can't air a game against the Falcons game which will be on CBS.
The Phoenix market gets three this weekend even though the Cards are playing a home game because the home game is on Fox which has the double header this weekend.
I'm sure there are exceptions that pop up here and there but that is typically how it is done.

I loved it when he would combine two names, that and Carlos Dansberry.

He didn't know names, but he knew football. And let's face it, some of his butchering of names lives on in legend to this day. Antron? :D

Thanks! That is the one I was trying to remember.

Kurt Leinart.

Among my friends Antrell Role is just known as "The Antron" to this day. Like it is a superhero alias.

Thank you Brian Billick.
