Nash looks like crap in the first half even with those 10 points. He looked tired and dis-interested.

Apparently our guys are perfectly happy with winning 1 out of 2 games in Portland. :(

Because clearly they don't care about this game, as would be evidenced with them being in striking distance against a team that is playing with sheer desperation and the emotional lift that Roy provides.

What a terrible pathetic first half.

We are getting outrebounded for the first time this series and the offense looks pathetic.

This is reason for optimism. They have played terrible but are only 4 down. I hope we get the JRich from Thursday in the second half. Frye and Dudley need to start knocking down 3s and Amare needs to be more agressive on offense.

Suns down 50-54 after the 2nd quarter. :( Suns shooting 51% with 4/13 3 pointers. :( Trail Blazers shooting 48% with 4/8 3 pointers. :(

Suns have committed 6 turnovers (Nash with 3), Trail Blazers 4.

Suns have 2 offensive rebounds, Trail Blazers 7. :( Suns have 2 2nd chance points, Trail Blazers 12.

Suns have hit 6/8 free throws, Trail Blazers have hit 8/14 free throws.

Suns with only 3 fast break points.

That was the story in Game 1. We played horribly yet lost by 5. A loss is a loss. The Suns need to find a way to get stops, eliminate 2nd chance points and figure out this pressure defense. Take it up one notch and we should by a small margin

My hope is that Portland used up too much energy with that suffocating defense, while the Suns were able to conserve some for the 2nd half.

The Suns play has been pretty craptastic like in game 1 where there was a lack of urgency on the Suns part.

Sure and they almost won that game too.

Why is it when the Suns aren't dominating it's because they don't seem to care? Maybe the other team is playing well or the Suns are having an off shooting night (doesn't seem to be the case).

Not going to win every game by 20, there are going to be close ones. Doesn't mean the team is trying any less hard.

I'm half expecting the Suns to lose this game by 3-4. The Blazers are playing exactly like I thought they would. .....Like a desperate team.

Still within 4 at the half. Not terrible. Turn it up a notch and eek out a win.

Suns down 64-70 with 4:43 left in the 3rd quarter. :(

The Trail Blazers keep burning us in transition. :( I think they have 11 fast break points to 3 for the Suns.

so much my for theory of whoever comes out of the break better takes the game!

Stay the course Guys. They're trying to get you to explode!

If they don't call a flagrant there, they're BEGGING for a fight to break out.

Good call.

Dudley and Frye are mentally not ready for the playoffs. Both way underachieving this series.

Agree. Frye is hit or miss. Dudley looks like a deer in headlights.

yeah... more surprised by Duds play. At least Frye has hit a couple big threes today. Dudley's just been completely AWOL.
