Not seeing anyone giving Barbs props, he passed the ball even though he was open but realizing Dudley got the hot hands.

WHEN (not if) we win this series, if we're gonna beat the Spurs, the bench has to figure out how to bring their balls with them on the road.

Suns up 101-76 with 5:39 left in the 4th quarter. :) The victory cigar err Earl Clark has entered. :)

So we are blowing the Blazers out for the third time in five games. How is it that they are still in this series? Great job tonight erasing the early double-digit deficit and dominating since. Good to see Frye and Dudley re-discover their shooting touches.

lol at Jones. Don't they teach them in D-League you have to shoot through the top of the hoop, not the bottom?

Yeah, but it was a nice quick move. I didn't know he had it in him.

Good win. I'm especially happy to see both Frye and Dudley find their outside game. If we're going to make any noise at all in the playoffs we'll need their long ball to spread the floor. Hopefully this game gets both of them going.

I'm not aiming this at anyone in particular but sometimes it's seems like people are actually hoping Barbosa will fail, I guess so the team will move him. For myself, I want him to come all the way back because we were a better team when he was effective and if we do move him I want to get back something of value.

Good win, however they need to close up shop because a Game 7 sounds like a scary proposition. I hope the Suns come out with the same intensity they showed all game today. And its good to see the refs calling the hacks on Howard who is uber hacker.

DRAGIC! He will be some great PG with time. How calm he operated out there under game 5 playoff pressure. His drives that drew 3 fouls that got several Blazers into early foul trouble to start the 2nd q was so crucial, not only for the bench production but had big impact on the whole game. He is still raw, actually. But he has the speed AND control of speed/body Nash doesn't have for those drives to basket. He is the hero of the game!

So we are blowing the Blazers out for the third time in five games. How is it that they are still in this series? Great job tonight erasing the early double-digit deficit and dominating since. Good to see Frye and Dudley re-discover their shooting touches.

The Blazers are fighters that overachieve. And we have issues with the identity we play: we can't fully commit to winning via defense and trusting the bench with consistency.

WHEN (not if) we win this series, if we're gonna beat the Spurs, the bench has to figure out how to bring their balls with them on the road.

Bench will bring the balls anywhere the coach enables them to. Gentry experimented with letting LB control the ball in the first 4 games, which was offensively a big failure. And he not always trusted them for sustained defensive intensity to at least buy more resting time for Nash.

I believe the bench will always bring the defense against everybody. Gentry needs to let Dragic be the PG and sub them in earlier in 1st and 3rd quarters to allow some margin for errors to ease the burden on them a little.

Those 3 fouls were huge by Dragic. I also think he will be a solid starting PG. He can shoot, now he can manage the bench's offense and be productive. He slashes to the hoop a lot and doesn't settle for jumpers. In time I can see him becoming a guard that attacks the hoop just to get fouls and the way he maneuvers his body, he can get a lot of calls. To top all of that he plays good defense and is long enough to create problems for oppposing guards and even shooting guards. I love Dragic!

Only Western Conference top 4 seed actually leading their series!

Charles Barkley of all people said it best in this series: "The Suns are just the better team."

Yeah, but I think he halfway said it so that he could take a shot at us for only being up 3 to 2. He also said something like "portland knew they didn't have a chance against Phoenix" and went on to rip us for allowing Portland to steal a win and start believing. Maybe he's right but after losing focus 2 years in a row and costing us our first championship I never want to hear him talk about the Suns lacking mental toughness. If the Houston organization ever hangs his banner it will be for what he did in a Suns uniform not what he did in a Rockets uniform.

Some harsh words there Steven. I remember the years we lost to the Rockets and the only one of the big three playing big was KJ. Thunder Dan and Chuck went missing.

One thing I didn't like much was Earl Clark playing sloppy in the 4th. That's not going to earn him playing time and I think we could use his defense if we advance.

How about that play in which Stoudemire actually adjusts his goggles with one hand while driving to the basket? Sick! We were howling with glee around here on that one.

Kenny Smith/or other sidekick should bring up his lack of focus during the Lakers/Suns 1st round series in 1993. He did the same thing - but then again, why beat that dead horse. Charles is mentally weak. My Evidence? His weight, his gambling addiction, his inability to fix his golf swing, his problems with the law/incidents at bars, etc... but most importantly, his lack of any championship ring and Houston's back-to-back titles.
