It was. Oct 9, 1977 to the Falcons, 7-0. In fact, it was the ONLY time the 49ers had ever been shut out at Candlestick until yesterday.

Never been a fan of Gruden - he had that one great year, then got back to the playoffs twice, but never beyond the wildcard round. I think he's OK, but just talking about who's better, I thing Harbaugh is.

Of course, the Card fan in me says you gave up on Singletary too soon. You should hire him back, quickly, at a massive contract for 10 years before someone snaps him up
