You rang?

I guess if you wait long enough for a few good games, the disappointments over the first 100 games disappear.

Unfortunately, every game counts equally in the standings come the end of the season.

Perhaps we wouldn't be playing catch-up now if Kelly Johnson's strikeouts hadn't dominated the get-on-base positions (1 and 2) in the batting order over those first 100 games.

As a D'backs fan, I am very happy to see Upton take a step up and Johnson have some good games. But it doesn't erase how long it took.

Let's hope that "What have you done lately?" continues.

Great game tonight. Uptons awesomeness streak continues. Kennedy now up to 12 wins with 9so in 6in, not his best outing, but good enough. Good to see Putz back and getting the save.

Kelly Johnson needs to never bat against Cain again, ever. He looks at 2 sliders right down the middle to get 0-2, leans out of the way of an inside pitch that would have brought in a run if it had hit him, then strikes out on a pitch on the plate.

Way to get totally and completely worked with 2 outs bases loaded.
