2013 NBA Draft Prospects

Didn't see a thread to talk about all the prospects in the next draft. If there already is one, I apologize and a mod can merge it.

Ben McLemore looks like he can be a good pick for us (if we stay in the top 5). He's got ridiculous athleticism and is a damn good shooter. Has the potential to turn into the next James Harden without the play making ability.

Archie Goodwin might be someone to look for as well in the draft.

I haven't checked out any of the big man prospects but I hear there are some quite good ones.

SG - McLemore, Muhammad, Goodwin
PG - Smart, Burke, McCollum, Carter-Williams
SF - Porter, Saric
F/C - Noel

not a fan of Zeller, Len, Adams, Bennett etc

No Shabazz? I suppose he will be a sf, but I think I would take him above McLemore and Goodwin. His shooting numbers are looking good from the field and the three and he has a much stronger frame than McLemore.

I would love to take Noel and play him at pf. Just his defense will make him an impact player. Whoever takes him will have to be patient though. He will not really hit his stride in the NBA for 5 years. Big men develop slower. I think its because they have gotten away with so much just because of size, that other parts of their game are not as developed. Also, their bodies just don't finish filling out until about 25 or so.

I don't think Shabazz will fall to us. Kid's stock is only going to go up imo.

For Noel, I'm not a big fan. He needs to add A LOT of weight and then the question, can he still play with the same athleticism and explosiveness with added weight?

I'm just very high on McLemore right now.
