wha? that was idiotic.

take the ball out of bounds at the 40 and give yourself one final heave into the endzone.

i mean...what was that? a designed fake out of bounds, throw across the field. It looked like he was about to do the right thing and go out of bounds and then turned and just chucked it up field.

Saints fans have to just be shaking their head after that game. terrible special teams, incredibly poor clock management and then just an unbelievably bone head play at the end.

I can't stomache watching a full Hawks game unless it's with us, I checked in on it from what most of the game looked like it was pretty un-exciting

That is my understanding too.

I guess it's just made up crap by refs just like the tuck rule was lol
Tell me that play didn't happen many many times before 1 moron called it.

:D

Just drives me crazy how rules in this league are vague & called differently in each game :bang:

bucky is that really the first time you've ever seen that call?

No, but it isn't always called the same cheese. Like I said it contradicts the rules of having 2 feet in vs one. You either do or you don't

Explain logically to me why one knee should equal 2 feet? IMO there isn't any logic cheese. Does 1 arm down & no feet down equal a catch? :p :D

Doesn't an elbow down in bounds equal a catch if the ball is secure through the catch. I just see it like this. Niners will punk the Panthers. The two best teams of the West will play for all the NFC marbles as expected. The Niners will follow the Cardinals blueprint for beating the Seahawks at their house because they have the horses on defense to do so and then...they will lose to whatever team they face in the Super Bowl because they are due the typical one game flop after playing their guts out to get there :)

Tell me where it does say that it is a reception?

A knee or an elbow down with possession always matters. Always. So, when the receiver's knee touched the field of play, with possession AND the defender touching the receiver, the receiver was down.

A knee or a elbow down is a full force of weight and not just a touch, so it has always made sense to me... though, there are some calls from that Eagle/ Cardinal game which still has me scratching my wittle head lol

WTH ???

He scores a TD, recovers the onside kick, and then throws the game away all in a short span of time.

Is the Saints running game that good, or are the Seahawks pathetic stopping the run. Hags can't throw the ball & it appears you can gouge them on the ground. Not a good recipe against Niners, regardless of where the game is played. Seahawks look vulnerable to me.
