Horrible start Friday against Canucks dooms us in loss 4-3. Played really well in the bottom 2/3 of the game, but hole was too deep.

These long layoffs are welcomed by the ailing players. Back at it Thursday against the Avs in GRA.

Good win last night, but Colorado is not a great team.

The Coyotes struggled on the power play - really, really bad. Had 5-3 at one point, still couldn't generate any good shots.

Power play has been awful since we traded Yandle.

I don't know how much more rope the Avs are going to give Roy, but something needs to change over there.

Nice to see Gormley still sucks.

Coyotes get shut out (I think, couldn't stomach the last few minutes) by the Rangers. 3 soft goals given up by Smith. I think it is time for the team to start looking elsewhere after this season. He seems to be Khabibulin all over again - just huge lapses in concentration that last for games at a time.

That first goal was a great deflection goal by NY, can't blame Smitty for that one and the second I think was the one Doan turned over in the slot, so that's a tough one too. I agree the third goal was soft and shouldn't happen.

I don't think we really have many options with Smith. No trade clause and very high salary with crap play and we're stuck with benching him like they're expected to do tonight in Anaheim.

Coyotes win in overtime 4-3

Even better that we came back from 2-0 in the first 10 minutes! One of the better games we've played as far as energy goes all season. Lindback was really good in the last period when the Ducks were pushing hard.

Getzlaf's turnover in OT was one for the ages. :D

Coyotes beat LA and sweep the southern California trip for the first time in franchise history. It's always great when they beat LA.

It was a great game to watch. Hanzal scored twice and Richardson with GWG on a great play. Smith was solid in goal after giving up an easy one.

I liked how resilient they were vs the Kings. They were down after each LA score but came back and took the lead.

Smith had some fantastic saves.

Big win as the Coyotes get 2 points with a win over the Oilers 4-1. Now back on the road for the next four games.

Yotes in a nice place in the division - tied with Vancouver at 19 pts for 2nd but have a game in hand. Led the division briefly after the game last night, but LA won and is at the top with 20 pts.
