He's too small to play ILB in the NFL. He looks like a safety. ESPN.com lists him at 6'1", 228, and generally teams overstate the size of their student-athletes.
To be successful in the NFL, he'll have to gain 15-25 lbs of muscle without losing that speed that makes him special, and that just doesn't happen.
Also, he's a one-year starter. If he were so good, why wasn't he able to get on the field earlier for a terrible program like Washington?

***Not sure where you are getting the one year starter info. PLayed nickel back as a true freshman, and started as a true sophmore. I like him in the WILB role though he is on the fringe low end in terms of size if what is posted is correct. He is a combine watch to verify size.
