2016 NFL Wild Card Round: Seahawks @ Vikings

I want the NFC Championship game to be here but I think the only way for that to happen is for the Seahawks to win today. I still can't root for the Seahawks at all though.

If the GB/WSH winner beats Carolina and we beat Minny, the NFC title game would be here.. so we don't lose out on the title game today regardless.

I realize that but I don't think that it is nearly as realistic as Seattle being able to beat Carolina.

I'm completely torn all over the place with this game. I want Carolina to get beat up by Seattle and possibly have a NFC Title Game in the toaster... but at the same time, Seattle scares the crap out of me. They've just owned us at home the last three years and if they get back to the title game, that's a hell of a head of steam.

at the same time, Minnesota played us VERY tough and is playing really solid football. That will be a hell of a tough game next week if we have to play them.

The Skins or Packers would give us a much easier time next week.

Sorry, I thought you meant Seattle winning was the only possible option today.. I agree that Seattle has the best chance vs Carolina of the three teams.

I'll gladly take a route that we somehow manage to avoid the 1 and 6 seeds just by luck.

I mean we managed to avoid 1-3 the last year we went, so this isn't asking for something too crazy.

The nice part is though, we finally have a football TEAM. They are competitive and I think they believe they can beat anyone any week, which is all that matters.

It's so weird having a real football team now, can't wait to see how this organization continues to develop. I never thought I'd see an organization and team like this pre-toaster days.

I'm just pumped to play next week!
