46-41 Mercury at the half. Bad call by the refs to close out the half as Taurasi was crashed into.

Halftime stats.

Griner 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists
Bonner 7 points and 7 rebounds
Taurasi 7 points and 2 assists
Turner 15 points to lead the Mercury

This is ours to win as long as the refs don't try to take over the game.

It's 63-59 Mercury at the end of the 3rd quarter, although I have no idea what happened in the quarter, between the frozen frames, fuzzy pictures and error messages. My eyes are killing me.

Those b*stards!

I hope when we get into the Finals ESPN will grow up and let us watch on one of big boy channels on TV.

Oh, they let us watch it now that Seattle has caught up and it's time for a commercial. :)

Mercury collapsing. How we didn’t get that jump ball I will never know.

Taurasi had to sit out games she got so many technicals. The Mercury get technicals over and over and over again. Bird pushes our point guard to the ground, screams at the refs, and now they swallow the whistle?!!!

The WNBA deserves better than huge playoff games on ESPNNews and referees who aren't qualified to officiate LA Fitness leagues.

Good season. The Storm were the better team all year. Hopefully, the Mercury can build a stronger supporting cast in the offseason.

Sue Bird came back into the game in the 4th to lead Seattle to victory.

The Mercury had to play their starters for the whole quarter and it caught up with them.

Thanks Mercury for an exciting season.

This one stings. Really thought we’d pull it out. Thanks for a good season Mercury.

Go Mystics.

I, on the other hand, always root for the team from the West.

It's been that way since I moved my family to the Valley of the Sun forty years ago.

Go Seattle! Beat D.C., the home of gridlock. :)

Yeah I'm more Sue Bird than Elana Della Donna. I am going for Seattle, too.

But you have to admire Elena Delle Donne for the career she's had despite battling Lyme disease.

I only want the Mystics to win because they have never won one. If Seattle wins, they will have 3, tying us :). I much prefer Bird over Delle Donne, but oh well.

You convinced me to change my mind. I will root for the Mystics, the team from the East for two reasons.

As you said, if Seattle wins, they will tie the Mercury with three championships.

And my younger son did his post-Doctorate work at University of Delaware when Elena was there. :)

If only Diana had been left at Shooting Guard to lead the way instead of wearing herself down moving to Point Guard. Her shots were so flat from fatigue from bringing up the ball all series long.

I like Sandy Brondello. But this one is on her.
