2019 Offseason Needs- UFR Podcast

Hey everyone! Started a new podcast and created a video on the 2019 Arizona Cardinals Off season. I wanted to post this to true Cardinal fans and hear from them directly on what they think of their off season so far and what they would like to see in the draft and in free agency. I would love for you guys to follow the podcast as I will be doing them every week and some of them will be live so you can call in. Ignore the music in the beginning and in the end as the sound wasn't turned up so I look like an idiot haha but its ok because I think the content is what makes the video. Anyways enjoy guys and follow, like or comment and I look forward to hearing from you all.

Yeah Rodney Gunter is only a solid player. Would only really hurt depth to lose him.

Dwayne Bucannon? You mean Deone Bucannon (pronounced DAY-OWN)

AQ Shipley is not the starter at center. Mason Cole is. AQ Shipley lost the job due to injury, but Cole showed promise as the long term starter.

Tre Boston likely won't be back. The Cardinals snagged DJ Swearinger after he was cut by the Redskins, and he is sort of a beloved player in AZ. Real good safety, makes Boston expendable. DJ is a hard hitting enforcer type and is probably an overall improvement over him. Baker and DJ will be a solid run stopping pair.

Yea I like Rodney now because Vance will be playing a 3-4 where the emphasis will be more on the linebackers than DT. So I think that will allow the DT's to only do one job and that's to just take on the double teams to allow gaps to be filled in by the backers.

Thanks on the Deone Bucannon I messed that up all the time.

I like Cole. I think he can be a critical player moving forward on the line at center I just need to see him play with better talent around him on that line to really get a good assessment on how he runs the line. I watched the line this year with all the injuries and it was tough to really like anyone with the production they were able to put out but I am not blaming Cole for that. It was just all in all a rough year for the offense. But yea Cole I can see being the starter or at least competing with AQ and center really isn't a need for this year or next but its always good to look out for upcoming talent at the position.

I think with DJ they should try him back at DB. When he was in AZ he played DB and S so he has the experience to be able to play the outside. I mean having him Boston and Baker will only make them create their own no fly zone and if they can get Boston on a good deal they can free themselves up with more money and attention to the offense and line backers. I think going to the new defense they need another middle and outside line backer to make this defense take it to the next level and make top 10.
