Don't forget, the Dbacks did add a previously suspended Marte.
But, as Ken Kendrick just pointed out, he is a family man now and has been remorseful.

In this case, if it's OK with Kendrick, it's OK with me. :)

Third baseman Yoan Moncada and the Chicago White Sox are in agreement on a five-year extension worth $70 million, a source familiar with the deal tells ESPN. The contract includes a sixth-year club option. First with the deal being in place was ⁦‪@Ken_Rosenthal‬⁩.

In a memo sent to Major League Baseball staff this morning, commissioner Rob Manfred committed to paying league employees through at least May 31 and said senior staff at the league, including himself, will reduce their pay by an average of 35% for 2020.

Manfred said in the memo that MLB would continue making scheduled financial distributions to all 30 teams in April and May -- money that "will assist the Clubs in paying the salary advances that are being made to players," which will total $170 million over the next two months.

The Cincinnati Reds have joined the teams committed to paying baseball operations employees through May 31, sources tell ESPN. Among the teams known to have made similar commitments: the Braves, Phillies, Giants, White Sox and Marlins. More are expected to do so in coming days.

Another team that has committed to paying baseball-operations employees through May 31: The Boston Red Sox, per sources.

Some teams continue to have concerns about cash flow. An option: to furlough employees with lower salaries who could be made whole via unemployment benefits.

In addition to the 18 teams above that have pledged to pay through May, the San Diego Padres have committed to paying their baseball-operations staff for the entire season, sources tell ESPN. There will be pay cuts on a gradient, as
@dennistlin
said, but all will remain employed.

Add the Los Angeles Angels to the list of teams committed to paying baseball-operations employees through the end of May, sources tell ESPN. That makes 20 of 30 teams. The rest are expected to inform employees of their decisions in the coming days.
