I think Haliburton was the BPA at #10 and the cutoff for top players was around that spot. I'm a firm believer in drafting BPA.

What frustrates me the most in retrospect is wasting a top #10 pick. That's where Bridges was drafted. The Suns may not draft this early again for a long time.

IMO, Haliburton has a chance to be a star.

No he doesn’t. You generally know who “stars” are right away. He’s shown to be a quality player and even above average but the team that drafted him just traded him away keeping Fox instead.

He’s a nice player but the hype here has gotten ridiculous

What kills me is Stix looks like he could be a quality big and we fumbled that situation

So you are saying there is a chance.

It's good to see he is okay.

Actually I've always been more concerned about Morant coming down wrong because he leaps so high.

That’s nice.
Yupp. Warriors were up 21 in the 4th. They didn’t make a field goal for 7 minutes. Bad loss for them. Glad we didn’t lose a game on them. Now we’ve gotta keep building and get these next 2 at home before we hit the road.

Dinwiddie has been huge for Dallas.
Yeah he was huge in the early comeback they kept getting switches and he'd blow by and then he hit a couple of huge 3's.

Warriors just couldn't score in the 4th, very weird Poole twice and Bjelica once got all the way to the rim and then went up soft, Poole got blocked both times, Bjelica missed a layup. Steph even missed a layup during the Dallas run. Bjelica isn't healthy but he's just fallen off a cliff, supposedly that's why they brought Wiseman back from Santa Cruz before he even played there, he looked good in the scrimmage and they just decided he can probably help them so they can rest Bjelica and hopefully his back gets better.
