Solid pick. Very fast, ballhawk and tough. He’s a little raw on technique. Give him a year and he’ll be better than Koolaid and a better pure CB than Dejean. He just needs polish.

Coverage was nice. The play to save the tackle from the other side of the field was very nice.

Oh well. Now we have the kid, and he's not a horrible draftee. Taken too early, yes, and after Monti screwed up with the trade down, but it's not the kid's fault. Here's to hoping he can develop fast and start for the Cards.

Maybe , just maybe this is the cb they wanted. If they love DeJean or Koolaid they would have simply drafted him.
I think when a team trades down they have a group of players in that range they will be happy with.

Exactly. People give grades simply based on if they were under or over drafted based on someone else’s rankings.

I've learned this crap doing tons of mock drafts. Sometimes you have to take a guy early or he will be long gone by the time he is "slotted".

I don't know the player, but i trust saban opinion and the guy made more interceptions in college then other guys ahead of him
It was beyond pathetic watching a team defense having very few interceptions in the recent years
