I don't chat during games. I may do some computer work, but mostly I'm too focused on the game to write anything.

One "odd" twist is that having Voskuhl back may actually permit D'Antoni to give Hunter more minutes. For most of December, Hunter was Amare's main backup. But if Hunter plays a lot, he risks getting into foul trouble and not be available to back up Amare. Since the Suns cannot afford to be without at least one inside guy, this presented a problem.

Jake is not a bad backup type center. He did not humiliate himself when forced into service late in the Timberwolves game. So maybe having Jake back will mean more minutes for Hunter.

you just need some voice software. Sure, you might get some funny misrecognitions if you're not watching the screen, but people generally get the gist of what you're saying. George, you seriously do need to jump into that chat room at least once this season. That goes for you too, Eric.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get there in a while. I'm hoping I'll be able to get in there Saturday.

Heh. Usually the games are on while I'm on toddler duty, so I end up TiVoing them. Our daughter goes to bed at 8:00 (Pacific time), so if it's a fairly late game, I can finish up not too long after it actually ends.

I don't have to worry about this--I live on the East Coast. My girl is usually in bed by the time the Suns tip off.

I canceled a cross-country flight to an important conference at the last minute today because of food poisoning. I am only just now able to sit up again, sort of.

...and I had a death in the family and today (Friday) is the first day since last Sunday that I've been on a computer...
