Three Vancouver Canucks prospects have advance to Conference Finals in the 2025 CHL Playoffs. The only prospect who played in the second round that did not advance was Sawyer Mynio, whose Calgary Hitmen fell in Game 7 to the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Here is a look at the three prospects whose dreams of a 2025 Memorial Cup championship are still alive.

Forwards Riley Patterson and Anthony Romani advanced to the OHL's Eastern Conference Final after the Barrie Colts defeated the Kingston Frontenacs in Game 7. Through 12 games, Romani has nine goals and 18 points, while Patterson has four goals and 10 points. The Colts will now take on the Oshawa Generals for a spot in the 2025 OHL Final.

As for defenceman Basile Sansonnens, his Rimouski Océanic had no problems in the second round, defeating the Chicoutimi Saguenéens in six games. Through ten games, Sansonnens has one assist and four penalty minutes. Rimouski will battle the Shawinigan Cataractes, with the winner advancing to the 2025 QMJHL Final.
