he would have to tell someone for it to become public. I'd prefer it remains private, it really doesnt matter what he does. People find out too much these days just leave the guys alone.

Why are you surprised? Its been a couple years and no one knows the deal on DWash so obviously these guys aren't talking.

The only detail I heard was Gambo had a source on the radio who said he was "effing around and got hurt" and Arians and the team are clearly PISSED at him. So whatever he was doing it was something stupid that he had no business doing before a playoff game.

He might be done with the Cardinals, the way Arians sounded, it wouldn't surprise me.

My guess is that he rushed into the street help resume a woman from a burning building on the other side and when he stopped to help an orphan who's wheelchair had been stuck in a drain he clipped his toe when one of the knives he taken earlier that day stopping a two gangs fighting had fallen on his foot.

McManaman had an article about it. Nobody is talking.

Whether the Cardinals beat the Green Bay Packers and advance to the NFC Championship Game or lose and have to call it a season, they’re going to do it together, as a team.
That point was made very clear this week when the Cardinals took player solidarity to a new level.
I know this because I went up to at least a dozen players to privately ask them the truth behind Alex Okafor’s mysterious toe injury and how their starting outside linebacker landed on the non-football injury list – and not a single one of them was willing to spill the beans.
I guaranteed them anonymity with complete off-the-record certitude if they’d just offer up a clue as to what Okafor could have done away from the football field to have his season end prematurely and so strangely, and they still wouldn’t bite.
Some of them told me they straight out that they don’t know what happened – wink, wink.
“Uh, I’m really not sure,” one player told me, blowing his cover with a smile. “I might have to swing by his place and see how he’s doing.”
“I heard it’s nothing, really,” another said.
Whatever happened, it apparently occurred over the weekend while the Cardinals were enjoying their first-round bye after winning the NFC West and finishing 13-3. Coach Bruce Arians wouldn’t divulge specifics, saying only, “Go ask Alex.”
We tried, but Okafor, 24, hasn’t been around to ask. We left phone messages, and he hasn’t returned them. We even reached out to his agent, David Mulugheta, and he told us the same thing Arians did – “Ask Alex.”

during the bye he went to Vegas where he met Johnny Manziel.... shenanigans commenced,.... involving strippers and scotch in a hot tub,...there was brief video of possible footsies between two hairy feet...waking up nude next to Johnny football in a in a round rotating bed in the honeymoon suite,...apparently caused a moment of intense reaction involving leaping backwards into the bathroom...the floor was wet..... un named sources say Alex was seen on the next flight back to Phoenix still wearing the robe and slippers stolen from the Luxor........a press release from Manziels agent claims he is quite upset that Alex will not answer his calls or return his texts...

I am sure there will be more to follow on this...........

Go ask Alex
When you're 10 feet tall
And if you go chasing rabbits
And you know you're going to fall....

Sincerely,

You act like 3 days is a long time considering we still dont know what happened with DWash 2 years later.

There arent any sports investigative journalists in this town. Urban, jurecki dont care. They let the news come to them.

In NY, those guys got JPPs official medical chart the day-of, so that pretty much tells you the difference between our beat writers, and theirs.

I feel like the writer is giving us hints. Clearly Okafor stepped on a rattlesnake while walking barefoot to Starbucks.

Whatever happened it's Okafor's and the team's business. It makes no difference in my life whether I know the particulars or not.

No nerves bro...this is the year of the Cards!!! As far as my age goes, I will steal from Arians' phrasebook. "I'm playing with house money. I'll do whatever the hell I want." :D
