One of the biggest recruitments in the 2026 recruiting class lies within the state of Michigan, with an in-state recruiting battle breaking out between Midwest powers.

Gregory Patrick is a Spartan legacy, with his dad playing at Michigan State. He is from Portage, Michigan, playing his high school football at Portage Northern High School. He is a 6-foot-4.5, 275 pound offensive line prospect.

Patrick checks in to the 247Sports composite rankings as the No. 174 overall player in the country, the No. 16 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 2 player in the state of Michigan, all as a 4-star prospect. He announced his top four on Wednesday.

Michigan State joined Michigan, Notre Dame and Penn State in Patrick's top four, and he will be taking an official visit to all four of these schools this summer.
