My question is this, who the hell are they going to get to cover Mel Gray and Roy Green if we activate them this week along with Fitzgerald, Frank Sanders and J.T. Smith... those are five reasons there :cards:

Wait, let's give them a break and just go with the 'B' squad at WR, but that still leaves them in dire straits having to guard Anquan Boldin, Pat Tilley, Rob Moore, Sonny Randle and Ricky Proehl

Wait a minute, I'm lost here so does that mean Dave Kreig is starting (or fumbling) for both of us? Because I prefer Dave Browm or Tom Tuipa to throw out INTs.

Don't forget about Can't Graham...he can come in and sling a few...hopefully to his own team.

Will need good games from Kennedy, Jacob Green, Bennett and Michael Sinclair with some help from Chad Brown. If they hold up then Earl, Easley, Sherm and Dave Brown could hold up against Fitz, Boldin and crew
Yes but you'll need Curt Warner to bust out the ground game to be successful. maybe use Franco Harris to spell him once in a while. Yes, for those who don't remember, Franco Harris retired a Seahawk:

We probably lost most of the sea hag fans anyway. They don't know who Dave Kreig even is. Last year when entering the stadium there were several hag fans going in at the same time and they were talking SMAK. So I asked the whole group if they knew who Curt Warner was, one dude pipes up "he doesn't even know he retired" HA HA another pipes up he's the QB that took you to the super bowl. I looked back at my son and I told him I knew they were a bunch of bandwagon fans. So as went through the gates I told them he was their running back.

Wilson is the best player on the field when you consider what he's done on "that" field. His career numbers at UOP don't even look real. Let's see if having some athletic ends for once can help contain him.

Yeah sadly I have to agree. Given that Russ treats every game at UofP like a homecoming game against Saint Mary's school for the deaf and blind, I'm pretty sure he will be the best player on the field Sunday, as always. The guy is unbelievable. I hate his stinkin guts! lol jk

Five reasons is overkill . There are only two basic reasons BLOCKING & TACKLING . If our defense does a better job of tackling , and our offence does a better job of blocking than the Hags defense and offense , "WE" will win this game . Flip that over and the Hags will win this game .

I would add turnovers and getting TDs instead of FGs to make it to 4 reasons .... Again this works both ways

1. Russell Wilson. He's the best player on the field
2. Offensive Line. We average a weight of 332 across the line
3. Kris Richard. A new defensive scheme
4. speed, speed, speed.
5. time of possession,

1. I agree. Russ is elite. However weve beaten him many times before.

2. This one was strange to me. Size does not equal skill. The best G in the NFL, Marshall Yanda, is a smallish 6'3 305. And its a widely known fact the Seattle oline is its greatest weakness.

3. Seattle always has a good D, this is redundant.

4. See Oakland Raiders. H.W.S is irrelevant in the NFL. Larry is old and slow, but still the best WR on the field.

5. Worthless stat. If you control the ball for 80% of the game, but we get 5 pick 6's, then whats TOP matter?

I think you missed 2 More

6. Playing at Sundevil stadium is not good enough home field advantage for Phoenix to get the crowd going.

7. Buddy Ryan hasn't gotten his offense in sync yet.

Bubba Baker is reported good to go - as are Fran Polsfoot, King Hill and Roy Shivers.

You guys are missing a major point in a Cardinal victory, Michael freaking Floyd. When we have beat the Seahawks, this guy was the X factor... Floyd needs to play like an elite WR which he happens to do against this team when we win :)

Do you also remember the Seattle fan base?

I had season tickets from 1988 to 2010 and Seattle fans in UofP and SDS were a total NON ISSUE until you guys won the SB.

So please Seattle fan, spare us the bandwagon argument.
Win a SB. People follow.

I hear this a lot. I suppose it makes us look bad.
I was in Glendale for our SB with the Pats. As I was standing in line a rather large Pat's fan behind me said, "That looks like a shiny new coat you are wearing" an obvious reference towards me being a potential new bandwagon member. I told him he has a good eye as it is a new coat. I introduced to my son who gave me the coat as a Christmas present, probably for taking him to his 1st Seahawk game as a baby 28 years ago.
This from a 28 year STH'r of the Seahawks. Even us staunch old timers have to put up with some of the stuff.
Oh, and Curt Warner's 1st run as a pro he went off LT for 60 yards as he fumbled out of bounds against KC, IIRC.

I am sure Seattle will focus on shutting down your RB. Limit Johnson and make CP have to win the game through the air.
It would help the Seahawks a lot if Kam could play but it is looking like he wont be available.
