After I left the game last night (wearing my purple and gold) I realized what makes a team. Anyone can win two games in a row and win the series. But, it takes a true championship team to come back from 0-2. This is why Phoenix may win tons of games, but will never be a true championship team that will evolve year after year. As I listened to the Nash press conference it's evident that the Suns have been lucky for the last two years.

Wouldn't you have to win more than two games to win a series?

As a Lakers fan, I find your assertions ludicrous.

The reason the Lakers have those nine rings and could come back in series because of they had talented players. Outside of Kobe Bryant this team has little to none so I don't see how your point applies. And if you really think your current Laker squad will evolve into anything more than the mediocre product the entire world watched get embarassed last night right now then I have some oceanfront property in Blythe to sell you.

were you the guy in the kobe jersey in front of me who left the game 3 minutes into the third period? prolly not, since that guy realized it was futile to think the lakers could win.

:biglaugh: Classic faker fan.

You have to love it when they pop in here and the first thing they bring up is the past. The past has really helped out that Celtics franchise hasn't it?

He states "it takes a true champion to come back from 0-2". Meaning what? He thinks the Lakers are going to do it? Meaning he actually thinks that the Lakers are a championship calibur team?

Next he states "This is why Phoenix may win tons of games, but will never be a true championship team that will evolve year after year." Again what?!?!?! This team has improved the talent each year. They have gotten better each year. Is that not evolving? I guess the Lakers securing the 7th seed this year up from last years 8th seed is a better example. :doi:

Last but not least I seriously doubt he listened to the press conference because at no time did Nash talk about luck or feeling lucky or anything close to it.

Thanks Faker fan. I really needed a laugh.

So what about 1993 when the lakers were up on the Suns 2-0 and we came back in a 5 game series? This makes the Suns a true championship team?

And your lucky i didnt see you in your purple and yellow in the Suns house..

You should probably get your grapes from Sonoma. Yours seem very sour.

See, this is why I like playing the Lakers. Beating up on the Warriors would be nowhere near as fun.

As trolling goes, this has to be one of the most incompetant I've ever read. After game #1, at least the Laker fans could say their team played well for a while.

But to claim the Lakers are a great team because they will come back from being two games down without giving any reason to think this likely is just dumb. It isn't likely since the Suns would have to play very badly in four of the next five games including two at home.

Let's face it, the Suns played poorly on Sunday and the Lakers still were beaten. If the Lakers are a really great team, they have managed to hide it since early January.

What a joke. You are an embarrassment to anyone that is able to read that garbage. A fellow Laker fan thinks your comments are ridiculous. If you are trying to stir things up then bravo mate bravo. If you actually believe this stuff then I fear for your mental health and think you need to get your head examined. YOUR TEAM GOT SMOKED...It happens, take it easy, it is a part of sports. YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME!!!!!!!!

Actually, I am a Laker fan who lives here in Phoenix. I got a call from my Buddy in LA that this station was bashing Nash. I do have some respect for our Suns, but do believe in the Laker dynasty (I am originally from LA).

By the way..I will take the wine, crackers, cheese and serve them back after the team rally's tomorrow night.
