A-Rod confirms split with agent Boras (AP)

Alex Rodriguez and longtime agent Scott Boras have split. The New York Yankees slugger said Friday that he and Boras had "a good run," but he no longer needs some of the things he needed 20 years ago. It's unlikely that Rodriguez will have to negotiate another contract during his playing career.
