WTF!?!?

A QB was my preference a LB I could certainly understand but a fricking RB when you show ZERO commitment to running the f-ing ball? This staff has lost their ever loving minds.

Ha ha! I was sitting here thinking this kid was the best player available and Denny Green would pick him.

You can't fault the Cards for sticking to BPA attitude. It's admirable. This is how you get good. You don't draft for need.

He wasn't even the best RB left let alone BPA.

We dont run the ball because we have crappy RB's... It was out of left field, but we needed a good RB.

I like these negatives, he will fit right in with Beanie & THT...

Lacks pure breakaway speed. Has struggled with ball security at times during his career. Not a strong back that breaks tackles or picks up yardage off initial contact

When healthy, this kid is absolutely freakin' amazing. That said, I don't get it.

Beanie was hurt......Hightower sucks. I can live with this........NFL Radio guys LOVED this kid and said he's a complete character guy and the #2 back.

BS. The coaching staff just gives up on the run. THT & Beanie are capable backs, in Beanies case he just needs to stay fricking healthy.

We won't be able to run the ball anyway because we'll be down 2 td's because we can't get to the qb. This is ridiculous.

This is a definate head scratcher...........................He might be the BPA is some peoples eyes although the Cards have too many needs to simply go with that philosophy IMO.Maybe the Cards have thoughts on dealing Hightower or Beanie.Otherwise the pick just doesn`t fit.

We're getting one of the vets. The QB class this year is not very good and people are only overrating it due to the draft coming before FA

I would have takin Bowers. Thankfully I'm not Whiz. The kid can run the rock. We have two guys who don't play well or just don't play He had the number 2 ranking on RB's So I say welcome and I hope he wins the job!

When Aaneas paused before Ryan's last name, I thought he was going to say Mallett.

I called this one early this week, between Timmy's fumblarooski and Beanie talking smack, Whiz wanted someone new. This dude can fly, I just think we jumped too early.

We may have been screwed by Cleveland taking Sheard--he may have been our guy. That said, I was 100 percent positive we would be trading back. Tons of pass rushers left and a QB still sitting there....but no.

There was a QB that made sense, a bunch of OL prospects that made sense, a bunch of OLB prospects that made sense...heck, even DE prospects that made sense. So, of course, we picked a running back.

Well, welcome back to the same old STUPID Cards. Thanks for raping my draft experience, guys. You could have just screwed up from the start so as not to get my hopes up. But no, you have to get my hopes up before going on to absolutely dash them. Up yours, Cards.

You criticize Whiz for taking a Rb but would rather take a pure 4-3 DE with a bad knee to run the 3-4? That doesn't compute

Coming up in round 3 a WR...followed by a punter and kicker.
