Reports out of Green Bay mention that the Packers said the heat was not a factor. Yeah right.

How do they explain the report that the Packers had to IV four guys while the Cardinals didn't IV anyone?

If you took one look at how slow the Packers defenders were getting up off the ground on those two long second half scoring drives, you would know that the heat definitely took its toll on the Cheese.

We saw first hand what this Cards offense is designed to do. Mix the run with the pass and pound the hell out of the opponent on long drives. The Cardinals flat out wore their butts down.

I spent half my voice in row 8 of section 38 screaming such things as:

"You can FEEEEEEL the heat, can't you?"

"Guys, who will be the first Packer to DIE on this field today??!?"

"Edwards, do you know it is one-f***ing hundred and FIVE today??"

"This Dline is being OWNED! POUND THAT BALL!!!"

"Hey McKenzie, you ain't in Wisconsin anymore!!!"

"Damn, it's getting HOT in here!!!!"

"This place is on FIRE...we don't need no water let those cheeseass packers BURN!!!"

"IV's ANYONE? I got IVs two for a dollah!!!"

"Yo Farve, you can just lay down for a play and take a breather!!"

"The ice bowl ain't got nothing on this!!!"

"Yo, it's alright Edwards!! This is a dry heat!! Just like a fu**ing OVEN!!!!"

"New line Farve! 'I'm here to dehydrate in the desert sun, ya *******!!' " (gotta give him props for something about mary :) )

It's the only thing about the new stadium that I'm gonna miss...the blazing heat. :D

Watching Sportscenter, I wanted to THROTTLE Darren SHarper. He was saying stuff like it was a very demoralizing win, that they were definitely the better team and should have won the game, that it was embarassing, etc...I said hey, we're both 1-2, and we look like the better team, bucko!

Chris Berman's highlights of the game were terrible! What about all the great plays the Cardinals made? We saw the winning touchdown and then all we saw was the Packers last drive. Even when we win, we don't get the respect other teams get. Just keep winning guys and they will have to respect us! ON TO ST. LOUIS!!!

They were in GB garb and they said " the heat got to them" and they left early!!!!!

This is all because, contrary to what many people think on this board, that AZ SHOULD and IS a factor in a serious home field advantage. I lived in korea for a time then went to texas I thought 60 degrees was steaming hot. Weather is a HUGE factor and we do not get to use it enough because we are usually down and/or turn the ball over so the opposing teams D is never on the field enough and ours gets worn down.

I heard that too...good for him, the Packers can kiss my butt!

I hope I hear Bulger say the same thing next week.

I think there was a lot more red there than what people are saying.

That pissed me off too. What an ass.

We won because we played better, plain and simple, and it doesn't matter who looks to be the better team on paper.

Darren Sharper has now joined my list of least favorite players.

It's plain and simple

As the packers came through the tunnel, after pre-game warm ups, I kept screaming at them "can you spell fondue"? Bet they can now!
