Francisco probobly shouldn't have been in the game, in that situation. I don't know who they had on the sidlines, but Brown or Adams should have been in there.

The play your referring to wasn't Francisco's responsability though. DRC left Holmes to cover the back out of the backfield! Are you kidding me! You stay ON COVERAGE downfield in that situation. Let Francisco worry about IF a RB makes a catch out of the backfield!

Francisco blew the catch and run by Holmes on the winning drive, DRC took the underneath which was the RB leaving Holmes to AF who overran the play.

Only because DRC bit on Big Ben's pump fake and left Santonio all by himself.

Well I know one thing I won't be watching any sb highlights on youtube for a long time, hell I might not even watch espn till the new nfl season is here i'm just that disapointed ugh

I'm not sure we know that though, if we were in zone coverage it was probably DRC's job to take the underneath there. I'm not saying he wasn't partially to blame too but the reason that play went for 40 yards is Francisco overran it and allowed Holmes to get past him. DRC made mistakes yesterday absolutely and he may have been out of position there too, but the reason that play went for 40 yards is Francisco overran it and missed the tackle.

So it's entirely possible DRC takign the RB was by design but it sure was a killer when Francisco overran it.

The poor tackling by the secondary is something that has to be fixed this off season. Other teams DBs hit our guys right away. Its why we talk about how tough our WRs are because they are constantly running through tackles.

Other teams WRs just run past our DBs.
