For me, the caveman commercial was funny in the first edition - showing the lighting guy throw down his boom mike and light then walk off the set - followed by the dinner scene with the apology. Today, I find them decreasingly humorous.

I really don't know what the point of this is, and I'm mildy entertained by the cavemen.

My wife hates the cavemen (bad experience with 40year, I guess) so she is all about this being turned into a show.
