All the articles coming out by this site on the mini-camps have been great. But it is the subject that makes them great. Green is sick of seeing our draft choices flounder because of horrible conditioning and coaching. There should be no reason that a player like Wendell Bryant should not be a game breaker DT. There is no reason that Michael Stone should be a flop, on ability alone he should be a decent contributor to the team. The crap has ended, Green has finally told the players something they needed to hear and mainly feel for a long time... reality check... "Welcome to the NFL"!

The nice part about it, is he has a track record. This is something we could have never recieved from a coach who was promoted to head coach for the first time. He knows when to push the buttons. He has history on what works and what doesn't. He knows how to evaluate ability on both sides of the ball.

He knows when to say Wendall you have all this talant you just dont use it, if you want to play you better start, but I love you man! This will be a fun expieriance one that we in Arizona have never had before...Please Dennis Green be for real. We don't want another Buddy to shock us. We all want to win.

Wait a minute, what's all this talk of talented players not trying hard? I thought we only drafted non-talented players that DO try hard?
Where's kerouac and freak? We need some answers here.

I was so sick of players half assing it and playing mediocre, but still allowed to keep there spot on the depth chart. Those days are over and I love it. Green will bench your ass, even if you have great character but struggle on the field, Very unlike what Coach Mac did :) .

Green's self proclaimed stance is not bench players that are not producing but to release them. This in the long run is probably more effective than benching because it will alleviate the problem of an ex-starter being a cancerous locker room effect.
