Add Attachment, Add Poll?

Neither of these options are available to me right now!
Anyone else having this issue?

There was another thread on this recently -- you have to do it during creation of the thread. But other people have posted polls in the last 48 hrs, so it may be you. I have found that clearing browser cache, which is a PIA, solves or helps with a number of issues, although I swear, some things seem to occur almost randomly for a day and then are fine again.

I cleared all my cookies and that corrected it.

Yeah, and the Cookie Monster was really upset about that.
