Without a doubt, last season he was one of the worst. He began this season that way too, but has come on strong, especially the past two weeks.

- Not saying he is, or he isn't, but to be honest. I couldn't name my top 5 safeties in the league, cause I probably couldn't name 5 five.

- Regardless - A-dub has played very well, and makes you wonder what he could be doing if he wasn't injured.

- Sidenote: Anyone else see him ask Rashad Johnson if all those flags were from his hit, and giggling to himself while doing so last week during the game? Ahh, memories. I miss having little moments like that on the field.

I saw that too Rugby and loved it. I think he is the best safety right now in the NFC and I do not fault him for not picking off the passes he recently laid a finger on because he made one hell of an effort to get his hands on them in the first place...just tipping them was a feat in themselves.

A-dub has been playing great as of late. Is he the best safety in the NFL, right now? Paraphrasing Rugby, I don't know.

But I can't name one I think is playing better so...

He and Horton have found a way to maximize his strenghts and minimize his weakness which is what this league is all about. Props to him and props to the Cardinals for returning a team leader to his place as a top player on this team.

That's about what I was gonna say, AW is still a pimp. And the way Horton continues to find new ways to use these guys...whiners had no idea PP was coming in when he got his sack! Loven it.

It blows my mind that for the entire season he has been essentially playing with a gimpy right arm. Hell he doesn't even tape it up anymore.

1. Polumalu
2. Reed
3. Wilson

Isn't Berry out for the season, and has been for some time?

Edit: Yep, I checked - Eric Berry was injured and done - Week 1.

Wilson's totally stunned me with his 180 turnaround, not just from last season... but from earlier THIS season.

Guy has been an absolute stud the last 7 games and gives me hope again for next year that with a full year under his belt in the system and hopefully healthy, he can continue to be a difference maker on D.

Can't believe just two months ago, he might have been the worst safety in the NFL. :D
