Thesmel has this thing about DD, and man-love for Lutui that he parades almost every day on the Cards main message board.

Don't forget, BJ was the best WR we had on the roster and he is going to tear it up now that he left the cardinals..... Oops

Marshay Green getting props from Coach Whiz!!! Money Mike may be out of a job. Green, Toler and DRC, that is some serious speed in the Cards secondary. It is still early though but I sure hope they keep it up.

I was thinking the same thing, if Green can play Special teams and contribute to the defense Adams is "toast"

Adams may be this year's Sean Morey. He's too dang good on STs to overlook.

Morey wasn't even our best ST player last season or Adams for that matter. So if you mean he will be replaceable like Morey was, I agree.

He was. But did you see the tackle Green made as gunner on a punt return Saturday? CB, Punt returner, gunner on punt coverage. Not a bad guy to have.

However, Money Mike might not be gone as the Cards will likely keep 5 CBs which is how many are shown on the Gamebook for the Wildcard game last season.

Looking at the list and how the guys played Saturday I think Green has a real good shot at being #3 on September 12th. I know Mulli's head will explode because I keep posting this but Green was playing head up on the LOS on the Texans wideout on several plays Saturday night and took off stride for stride with the WR!!! How many times do we see the Cards have a CB do that?

That of course is surprising considering Green's rather pedestrian 40 times. But as the previews on him have said he is more quick that fast. Sort of the anti JJ Arrington.

Z, I agree that Morey wasn't (even though he did make the Pro Bowl), but I think one can make a very good case that Adams was. It was either Adams or LSH. Probaby LSH because he returned kickoffs as well. But Adams has been the team's best gunner for two years now.

How about having BOTH Adams and Green as gunners this year?

Sounds great to me.
