In the long season of any sport, attrition starts to become a factor. Floridaexperienced that first-hand in the Sweet 16 against Maryland.
After leaving in the first half of the Gators' bout with the Terrapins, Condon was seen standing in the tunnel and getting some shots up at halftime before spending some time on the bike on the bench and ultimately staying out of the game.
Per CBS sideline reporter Lauren Shehadi, the Gators will be "extra cautious" following "precautionary x-rays."
CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein elucidated on Condon's status, saying he is questionable to return. Condon ultimately would return later in the second half.
The 6-foot-11 forward averaged 11.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per game this season heading into Florida's matchup with Maryland.
Condon left the first half of Florida vs Maryland with an ankle injury, and was held out of the beginning of the second half with said injury.
He would return later in the second half for Florida.
