Seems like a lot of reputation picks.

Raja shouldn't be on an all defense team anymore considering how much his defense declined last season.

Apparently Marion's defense fell off after he went from the Suns to the Heat. It's difficult to verbalize how bizarre it is that anyone could have that perception.

Wow, these lists do not seem to represent reality. Raja does not belong. Marion does. Simple as that.

If Ron Artest started for the SUNS he'd prob make second team all defense.
Wow , Mutumbo is still making this list even after all these years....and he's like....50 yrs old.

Last I noticed Kobe isn't a 1st all NBA defensive player either, these lists are jokes and just popularity contests.

As much as i don't like Kobe, i can't disagree with that selection. He was 5th in steals and considering everything he does on the offensive end, he still does a pretty good job of locking down on his man.

Chris Paul should have made the first team. He lead the league in steals.

Chris Paul is not a first team all defense player. I dont even think he belongs on any of these teams. Steals are not a defining stat for defense, CP3 is very postable by a number of guards. Prince is easily 1st team, caron butler should be second team instead of paul. Battier should be first team instead of kobe, I'd put kobe on the second team. Bell had an injured year, I'd put him on 3rd team, maybe, though Billups might deserve it more.

If Bell made it then Nash should've made it too.

Not even a single vote for Marion.

What ever happened to that guy anyway?

Yeah... Bell got in by reputation... as most of the selections. Doesnt deserve it this season, Nash would be 3rd team candidate (if there was one) judging by Bell's inclusion.

Butler should be 2nd team
Prince 1st team...
Bryant 2nd team...

Marion should make 2nd or even 1st next season if he Heat is in the playoff race. He literally dropped off the radar and even missed games he never would miss on a regular playoff bound team.
