What this team and this coaching group seem to be very good at is making second half adjustments. That was by far the difference in the game. The Cards made second half adjustments and the Niners did not.

4th and a half inch, our side of the field. Snap the ball and gain a yard. Ef you Harbaugh.

Bruce has almighty balls.

Arians' confidence, ability to hold each player accountable, and honesty/humbleness is a great combination for a a coach at this level. I continue to be more impressed. So glad to have him.

Love me some BA and SK and especially Mikey B. Love the coaching staff BA brought with him.

I honestly didn't give us much of a chance in this game because Stanton didn't really impress against the Giants and the 9ers have had our number and I'm a long time Cards fan so I know we don't start seasons 3-0.

Yes the 9ers had a ton of calls go against them but they deserved the majority of them.

BA is brilliant and a master motivator.

Whiners window just closed. Our's is just getting started.

Yep. Couldn't even look our coach in the face after that loss. Loser. No respect. Hope we beat them in SF also.

Lol watching NFL network, Gameday final, and they gave us huge props. I didn't notice but they said all our points were scored by rookies and a backup QB. That is SERIOUS coaching.

Marshall Faulk, whose opinion I respect, gave the coaching staff mad props

Michael Floyd too. Said he's making a statement to be one of the best in the NFL. Also props to Tom Moore and BA, like you said, from Faulk.

Cards getting respect.

This game especially felt like the type of game where you stack Arians against Harbaugh, each with a hand of cards and Arians just had a field day and Harbaugh couldn't get a single pair late to save himself.

I really liked how the D responded late and Drew handling the game. Special props to the O-line. Great protection all day.

Bruce is just a loudmouthed old man and this team has no heart.

Steve

I know your joking but man, I'm riding a wave then hit a rock when I see your post. :s

Love this team. They are all playing hard to the last second. Great coaching and players stepping up to fill those holes left from injuries. I don't think I can take a weekend without watching cards play. Will being going through some massive withdraws this next weekend.

So glad Arians is our coach and not Harbaugh. Check this out:

Those are really misleading photos. You watch the whole meeting and there is nothing inappropriate on either side. Harbaugh looked as gracious as he's capable of looking. In fact, I was left with the feeling that he must actually like Arians, the greeting seemed much more cordial than any I've seen from Harbaugh in his other losses.

Look at the site again in the comments. There's another pic and it shows Jim looking at bruce. These pics are showing after they said their congrats to each other and we're moving on. I hate how news site twist this kind of crap around and make someone look bad when they weren't.

They are some of the things I've read on this board since Bruce took over that really struck me as out of place. Thought it was the perfect time to offer them to the heavens in an effort to purge the stain they've left here. :)

It looked to me like Harbaugh had a krapper in his pants but that's just me... it would explain the look in his eyes.... just sayin.

I still have the game recorded and I went back and re-watched it to make sure my impression/memory was correct. Harbaugh rushes towards Bruce with his eyes focused on him all the way. He starts offering congratulations and extends his hand all the while looking straight at him. Seriously, watching it I would have thought the two were good friends. It's a disgrace that someone is trying to make something of this. There are lots of reasons to dislike Harbaugh, no need to invent something.

OK, here is the negative. Bruce Arians QBs take shots. It's all great right now, but we are on our second QB this season, and I don't think Stanton will hold up if he continues to take the beating that he received yesterday. I don't that this team can overcome year one Logan Thomas at QB which is what we could be facing with Arians downfield passing offense.

I don't know. I think that for all the hogwash about Arians' complicated offense, the deep throws are pretty defined reads, not progressions. I think that Logan Thomas can probably huck the ball downfield if he doesn't have to trouble himself with more than making sure that there is only one safety in the area instead of two.

Bruce has been incredible the last two years at creating a whole that is better than the sum of its parts.
