This street mentality that Amare showed up Spree by bounce passing the ball to him after a dunk is BULL! What a punk Spree is! Amare didn't even throw it hard.
I know after I make a basket I give the ball to the other team. If Spree is so offended, play better defense and don't let Amare dunk. If you're mad, go back down and score to get even. I hate this mentality that someone shows you up, you have to represent. That's street bull. :hulk:

Yuma, it was a good call.

When it escalates like that, someone has to take the fall... and it's usually the 2 parties involved.

Amare already had one T.

The call never would have been made against Amare if Sprewell hadn't rifled the ball back at him.

Sprewell is the only player that lost his cool.

The Sprewell foul was kind of rough as he had his hand on Amare's neck. It easily could have been a lot worse. With throwing the ball he should have been gone too.
Garnett also should have gotten another T for trying to knock down Steven Hunter.

I liked the way Hunter got under KG's skin.

personally that was as bad of a call as any i have seen. spreewell should have been given a foul for throwing the ball. there shouldnt have been a tech there at all.

the tpuppies got mad because they were getting destoryed by the suns. even worst was what one of the tpuppies color guys said, " you just dont do that to a great player like spree." WHAT? since when has that POS been a great player. KG is a great player, nash is a great player, amare is well on his way to being a great player. spree isnt anything close to being a great player.

That was a load of crap! Players do what Amare did all the time. On the other hand, people don't throw a basketball at oposing players.

I loved Steve Hunter and Q pissing off Garnett.

And my favorite play- Griffin being blocket three times in one posession- first by Amare and then twice by Steve.

I know, that pissed me off- he was saying how Spree is a superstar and you don't throw a ball at a superstar.
Only one superstar was involved in that play and that superstar's name was Amare Stoudemire.

What he should have said was, "When a superstar tosses you the ball you hold it and shut your pie hole"

it was only escalated because spree "retaliated". its obvious that the refs saw NOTHING wrong with what amare did. it was only after a decent conference at mid-court that the refs called techs. had spree kept his sorry ass to himself amare would have finished the game out.

If they only called the tech on Sprewell like they should have the fans would have gone nuts.

It was the wrong call but probably the best choice now that I think about it. Detroit has to be racing throgh these guys minds every time things get heated anymore

I dont agree with the call, but of course, I'm biased.

That was awesome when KG started following Hunter around. Then Q stared at KG and KG followed them both. That was hilarious. Q and Hunter were just standing there laughing while KG was furious!

What the flick are those announcers saying that Amare did a classless act? Is retaliation of spree by throwing the ball back with such velocity an "act of class?" WTF! Those refs were just plain stupid on making that call....

The refs allowed the game to get way too physical until things got out of control and Amare became the recipient of them trying to get the game back under control. Then once Amare was thrown out, they let the Wolves do whatever they wanted and the Suns were called for fouls on almost every play.

I'm glad the Suns still won because they outplayed the Wolves the entire game. They shot too many 3's, but those were the shots they were given by the wolves defense.

Malone & Mutumbo would've been proud of Garnett tonight. He was swinging and connecting with elbows on anyone that tried to guard him and didn't get called for a foul. He also set moving screens and hip checked JJ & Nash (2X) to the floor. He finally got called for the hip check on JJ. Also, the alien tried to pull a Danny Fortson on Marion when he was going in on a fast break. He put his hands into Marion's hip and chest as he went for a fast break layup and Cassell shoved him to the ground when he was in mid-air. Marion landed out of bounds on his back and luckily was able to get up and keep playing. Cassell got a flagrant foul and chased down the refs arguing it.

HOMER! :D
It's like looking in the mirror. :thumbup: :D
Amare's bounce pass to Spreewell wasn't anything to cause Spreewell to fire the ball into the middle of Amare's back. Spree should have been tossed, not Amare.

Amare was Live on NBA fastbreak on ESPN2 right after the game and he admitted that he did a wrong thing and was ejected...he is just so humble and honest....he stated that the SUNS have a long way to go and he is far from the top of his game.....domination my friends, domination.

Man.... too bad I didn't see what happened.

Sounds like Wolves was pretty classless too. Did Spree throw the ball back? If he did, why didn't he get a T?

Now I have less respect on KG. That dude has skills but he is so classless. Do you think Jordan punched the rookie if a rookie dunked over MJ?? What a joke.

KG = A-hole
Spree = AA-hole
Cassel = Alien

spree got a T...but because Amare also did, they cancelled out. that whole team is full of frustation right now. KG knows that its his last year with most of these guys....spree and alien are getting too old. they pretty much know that they are toast right now.

i still hate them all.

KG is desperate. He had a big part in bringing in a lot of those jokers, threatiening to leave if they didn't get certain players now all of a sudden they look old and are on their way back down with the top of the mountain just coming into view.

San Antonio's next.

I was just wondering what KG thinks all about this trade talk.

I mean I won't blame Cassel and Spree if they don't want to perform because Wolves made it VERY clear that they want Kidd. How good would Cassel and Spree feel about this? Probably NOT so good....

KG hasn't said much about it. I don't think he is happy but what can he say... his 2 Good Buddies are on the verge of being traded. LOL So much for being buddies. Why didn't KG stand up and talk for them? What a dick.

KG only loves them when they are winning.

Jimmy
