I don't follow boxing but I was given to believe that he was a very effective boxing announcer. I suspect he would have been an effective basketball announcer had he been doing it all along, at least until his vision deteriorated (guesswork on my part).

I thought that was one of the other brothers but what do I know... never did follow boxing.

 

[Hoop Head]

I was never much of a boxing fan but I think it was Steve that did boxing. I want to say he and Eddie talked boxing a little bit while paired up. Albert didn't call the games that much but talking about other things was one thing I recall him doing frequently, whether what he talked about was relevant or not didn't matter much. Eddie wasn't as good at getting him back to the game as Ann, which was one of her only skills.
