Annoying Click

My computer clicks all the time. When I open a page. When a new program starts etc. It clicks intermittantly even when I'm not doing anything and no programs are open. Is there anyway I can turn that off?

Go into "sounds" inside of control panel (The sounds tab and program events is at the bottom) and the sound is called "start navigation". Just turn it to nothing instead of the annoying click
