you dont know that.

If we'd barely made the playoffs the last ten years then I'd agree with you. As it stands, we don't have anything to lose if you're putting it in the context of playoffs. We can't afford to lose any player. We haven't made the playoffs in 10years.
i agree he is a proven star......but face it--he's not going to retire a cardinal and he's not happy. It is what it is. Youre going to have to realize that if/when we trade boldin.....the other team is immediatly going to have the upper hand because of the obvious dislike boldin now has for the organization.
people who are expecting to get equal value and/or greater value for boldin in return are just plain nieve.
in other words MCD....we're ****ed
i think we can all agree that the state of all sports is becoming so much about the money and "respect" than it is about playing the damn game. Makes me sick....i thought all this crap was above Q but lest we forget..... its all about the big bucks.
sigh
I do it!!!The rumored trade would be Spears and a one and Miles Austin for Boldin and a third

We arent going to trade him.....It would be a big cap hit for us. Also, we are not going to trade him for a injured receiver!

It would only be a 500K cap hit.
Britney or Jamie Lynn?
I always liked Marcus in college and he is an intriguing 3-4 guy because he's really a 3-4 DE, but he's not a great pass rusher. He's a weird kid in HS he was an all world TE and basketball prospect but he got bigger and seemed to lose his burst. he is almost a non factor as a pass rusher now, you should have seen him in HS basketball he looked like the next Julius Peppers, but apparently he just got too big and lost the athleticism.
