Q said that he was just upset that he was takne out of the game. Felt like he needed an explanation. Seems that the coaching staff thought the injury was still affecting him. He disagreed.

Says it wasn't a big deal. Wants to play for the Cards. Left early to avoid questions about the incident.

What did he say?

And can we merge the Q threads or something?

That he was upset it wasn't explained to him why he was taken out.

Said he was told after the game the coaches didn't think he was running at full speed.

He felt fine and wanted to be on the field.

Didn't go out the back door but wanted to leave before the media showed up because he wanted all the coverage to be about the team win and not him and the coaches fighting.

Was this guy at the game? Did he see Bolding leave right away with his own eyes? Or is this a game of telephone and a 7th hand report?

I watched the post game Hala's trophy presentation and Bradshaw interviewed everyone except Boldin probably because he wasn't there. Even the post game press conferences did not include Anquan. I think he feels that this team has been moved on without him, reminds me of the Giants and Shockey last year.

I would trade him to detroit for this years 2nd and 4th and a 1 next year then let him have fun there, not if but WHEN we trade him i hope its not to any kind of contender let him cry there. The teams motto is we do this together and the only player who does not follow this is Q and thats on his own accord hes a smart guy he knows what hes doin esp when he was yelling at haley

Boldin: 'I'm committed to this team'

January 19, 2009 5:40 PM

Posted by ESPN.com's Mike Sando
TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Anquan Boldin story appears likely to become a non-story after the Cardinals' receiver said on ESPN's NFL Live that he had no trouble with offensive coordinator Todd Haley.
Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt already downplayed Boldin's sideline spat with Haley. I have seen no evidence suggesting this will be a relevant story line heading into Super Bowl XLIII.
Boldin on what led to the spat: "I was not given any explanation why I was taken out. Like any competitor I wanted to know why."
Boldin on whether he has a problem with Haley: "Not a problem at all. I'm committed to this team ... one goal in mind ... to win the Super Bowl. That's why I came back early from the facial injury. You don't get this opportunity all the time."
Boldin on leaving the field early: "I didn't leave through a back door. I tried to get in and out as quickly as possible to beat the media. I didn't want the story line to be me and Todd getting into it."
Avoiding reporters probably worked against Boldin in this case. The situation did become a story line, albeit a short-lived one. Expect the Super Bowl media blitz to keep asking about the situation, but don't expect the situation to affect the Cardinals.

Of all times, this is when you guys wanna act like this? You have no real facts about what happened at all. To read a damned blog , take it as truth and the try to run one of our best players and a pioneer for this team out of town is pathetic. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Kinda what happens now days. Anyone can post anything and some will take it as truth.

I will wait until I pass judgement. (If I even have a place in passing judgement). I will trust what I hear from those involved. Until then, blogs remain at the bottom of my list for truth.
