My impression of AB was similar to what some of you have described, until I started watching him week after week. So far, I've been very unimpressed and disappointed. This guy should be wide open all the time with Fitz lining up beside him. He doesn't seem to get much seperation on his routes and I don't know if he'll ever live down that spastic self tackle against Seattle.

Between the drops and everything else he's had a somewhat rocky start this year but luckily for him the Card's are going to be passing the ball a lot. He should have plenty of opportunites all year long and maybe with all those touches he will get into a groove. His numbers thus far are pretty good but have to be taken with a grain of salt. If (when?) the Cardinals start rushing the ball, the wr's number's will have to go down. Maybe the Cardinals will continure to throw 40+ times per game but it can't be their goal.

Is this some sort of joke? Do you watch the games at all? What drops would you be referring to? Boldin certainly isnt failing to get separation.

 Boldins been making amazing one handed grabs every game so far. Some that that probaly 90%+ of other WR in this league would have dropped. He's been getting his seperation when needed, he's gotten wide open several times this year.

The think that sticks out in my mind about this show, besides Q being a monster;
Dockett, getting in Q's face telling him to be a leader.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw it. I was thinking "Good job, Darnell, that's how to be."

It was awesome watching Boldin block and totally intimidating the corner.

"What, p***y! hahahaha, you think you can stand up to me. Hahahahaha!"

I *loved* that scene. Gave me goosebumps.

Was that the part when Boldin was blocking the DB and just destroyed the guy? I remember him hitting one of those guys so hard he rolled over the top of him when the guy fell backwards.

Oh, and that avatar is classic nurnay.

I love Boldin's physicallity. I still wouldn't put him up there with the likes of Moss or Chad Johnson yet though.

He had at least one drop last game, but in my mind he has gotten pretty good separation.

I haven't been too focused on it, it's just my impression. Game 1 he was a non factor and game 3 he dropped 2 and royally screwed up a long td pass by tackling himself. Comparing him to T.O. at this point is like comparing McCown to Favre.

Unless of course, being contained, 1 on 1, vs. the 2nd db on a team is in some way like T.O.

Don't get me wrong, he's not Bryant Johnson but he's not nearly as impressive as the 100+ catch rookie season the stat sheet led me to believe.

Come on he has 26 catches for 385 yards in 4 games. If he keeps up pace he'll have 1500+ yards, WTF are you talking about. He just caught the only ball thrown his way in the endzone. Throw it to him in there and he'll have more TD'S too.

I tried to watch it on Thursday but, of course, the NFL Network channel wasn't working and all I saw was a still shot of Jonathon Vilma. Solid player, but I wanted to watch the Quan!

He went against Derrick Johnson from SF. He hits him a few times and says "c',mon!" as he knocks him back a yard each time, then says "you ain't physical enough to play, BOY, you ain't physical enough".

The DB was obviously outmanned. :D

"..And in this corner.."

Quan-tity also went against Manning of Carolina and when Manning hit him in the back on a pass route, The Bold just laughed and said in reply, "Boy?!! I'm a man!!"" That was the ****- Manning is on Carolina, so we'll see more of that today!!
